Das Ferienhaus "Sommerheide" liegt im OT Medingen in einer ruhigen Anliegerstraße. Die seniorenfreundliche Ferienwohnung für 2 Personen hat einen separaten Eingangsbereich in der Doppelhaushälfte und ein abgeschlossenens, nicht einsehbares Gartengrundstück mit viel Platz zum Relaxen und Grillen. Auf der eigenen Terrasse des Ferienhauses können Sie den Sommer genießen. Ein Parkplatz für 2 PKWs befindet sich auf dem Grundstück. Der Wasser-, Gas-, Stromverbrauch wird bei Abreise ermittelt und abgerechnet. Bei einem durchschnittlichen Verbrauch sind mit ca. EUR 3,00 pro Person/Tag zu rechnen. plus Kurtaxe

Schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung und im Ort sehr wohlgefühlt und schöne Fahrradtouren gemacht. Sehr gut war die ruhige Lage und der tolle Garten.

Schöne und ruhige Umgebung

Das Sommehaus war schön eingerichtet met schönem Garten; der inhaber sehr freundlich und pünklich. BadBevensen is einde ruhige, saubere und schöne Stadt mit viel wander- ind radelmöglichkeiten die alle gut ausgeschildert sein. Ein Platz om mal wieder zu besuchen.

Schönes kleines Refugium

Ein schönes kleines Mini-Häuschen, freundlich und hell, nett und liebevoll eingerichtet, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Schön der große Raum mit bequemem Sofa und gutem Bett, der sich vollständig zum Garten hin öffnet. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben der eigene kleine, vollständig uneinsehbare Garten mit mehreren Sitzmöglichkeiten. Absprachen mit dem Vermieter zu Ankunftszeit und bei An-und Abreise sehr persönlich und freundlich.

ausbaufähig

Leider gab es trotz vorherigen E-Mail- und Telefonkontakts bereits bei der Ankunft Unmut, da die bei fewo-direkt hinterlegten Infos und die von der Gastgeberin erwartete Ankunftszeit nicht übereinstimmten. (Wir waren gebeten worden, eine halbe Stunde vor Ankunft anzurufen, und ich hatte schon im Vorfeld mitgeteilt, dass dieser Anruf nicht vor 16 Uhr kommen wird; laut Inserat war eine frühere Anreise sowieso nicht möglich. Dennoch wurde schon vor 15 Uhr mit uns gerechnet?) Die Unterkunft ist klein - vor allem Dusche, Küchentisch und Fernseher :-) - und schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber viel Potenzial, schön und gemütlich zu sein. Dafür sind jedoch weitere Renovierungsarbeiten innen und außen nötig, teilweise sehr dringend. So war etwa durch den extremen Modergeruch in der Küche diese für uns partout nicht nutzbar. (Schade, denn wir buchen Ferienwohnungen anstatt Hotel-/Pensionszimmer vor allem für die eigene Küche im Urlaub.) Bei unserer Ankunft war nicht alles sauber, stattdessen wurde aber bei der Schlüsselrückgabe in unserem Beisein(!) die Wohnung auf den Kopf gestellt, um zu prüfen, ob wir etwas kaputt gemacht haben. Gastfreundlichkeit sieht für uns definitiv anders aus! Das Bett und der offene Blick in den Garten sind richtig toll, und das Örtchen selbst und auch die Umgebung sind wirklich nett und eine Reise wert.

Schöne Umgebung

Schöne Natur und Städte und viel Radelmöglichkeiten entlang die Ilmenau und Elbe-Seienkanal. Auch über die Heide kann man schön radeln; schade dass viel Heide gesperrt ist weil es Übunggebiet ist für die Bundeswehr.
