The beautiful, freshly renovated and fully furnished holiday flat is located on the ground floor of the "Haus am Apothekengang" in the centre of Bad Bevensen in the spa zone 1. You can reach the pedestrian zone, the iodine brine spa, the spa gardens, the hiking trails along the Ilmenau and the beautiful and varied forest around Bad Bevensen in just a few steps. The doctors' surgeries, pharmacies, post office, church, railway and shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity. Nevertheless, the flat is located in a completely quiet cul-de-sac on Rosengarten Street.

The small entrance staircase leads you through your front door into the hallway of your flat, where there is a large cloakroom with shoe rack, a mirror and a chair, as well as an intercom system to the main entrance door of the house. From there you enter directly into the living room with a comfortable couch, two armchairs and many other pieces of furniture to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. This includes the flatscreen TV. The white fireplace, which you can admire in the main photo, is particularly striking. You can also access the spacious, covered terrace facing east with comfortable garden furniture directly from the living room and dining area. In the separate kitchen you will find an electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, a fridge with freezer compartment and all the small electrical appliances you would have at home. The living room also leads to the bedroom with a double bed and separate mattresses of 200 x 100 cm each from the top brand Bett1.de, as well as a large wardrobe. The bathroom can be reached from the hallway and consists of a rain shower
rain shower, a washbasin and WC. All rooms are bright and friendly, so that you will immediately feel at home here. The entire flat is heated by a central gas boiler or you can use the fireplace in winter to create additional cosy warmth. A washing machine is available exclusively in the basement. Or you can use the clothes horse on the terrace. Of course you can also use the bicycle cellar. There is a car parking space on the property and directly in front of the house entrance which is reserved just for you. Here you will feel at home and relax!

When enquiring about dogs, please state their shoulder height and breed and see for yourself that Rosalie delivers what Bad Bevensen promises. Here you will feel comfortable and relax! Smoking is only allowed on the terrace !
