This house is in a great location for Carter Finley Stadium, the Lenovo Center, and the NC State Fairgrounds. This house fit our group perfectly. It had what you needed, but there wasn't anything extra. There were some minor issues because of the previous guests, but we had good communication with the host. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The house was convenient to NC State, the stadium and many restaurants. The rooms were open areas with a minimal feel and minimal supplies. We had 1/2 roll of paper towels, 1 full size bath towel per person, and no extra blankets. I did send owner a message after we left about needing updated cookware, since the other cookware was unusable. We would stay again, but we would bring extra towels.

The property was in a good location. Right next to Cary and the Lenovo Center. However the cleanliness of the property was not great. It felt dirty, we saw ants and a cockroach, there was not matress covers on all the beds and the couch was covered in dog hair. After a deep clean this house would be nice.

We were there to be close to UNC Rex Hospital. The house was very clean. Everything was nicely stocked. Very quiet and nice neighborhood. We were not there for pleasure so I have no insight on location to shops and activities. There is an issue finding the address on Google maps. It actually will take you to the hospital parking lot. Had to go old fashion and read the map to get there. And as nice as everything was the king bed and the queen bed were not comfortable. If you enjoy a really firm bed then you'll be right at home.

The house is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. It is spacious and has a good layout, with the master bedroom on one side and two more bedrooms on the other side of the house.

Very clean! The outside could use a clean up but the inside was very clean. Very comfy, well supplied and great location! We went for my son’s graduation from NCState and the location was wonderful. The only negative thing about the house is the two spare bedrooms had very hard mattresses. Even for a teenager. We had to purchase a foam topper from Walmart for my daughter who is 16 to be able to sleep comfortably. Most of the time, teens can sleep anywhere and be fine, but not in these beds. The master bedroom had a wonderful mattress but the other bedrooms have very hard, thin mattresses. Other than that, the house was wonderful! I would highly recommend! Just pack a foam mattress topper for the two twin beds and the queen!

This house is in a great location and was nicely cleaned. Sufficient but not cozy. Better pillows, some throw blankets, and more sufficient supplies (we had less than a roll of toilet paper and an empty shampoo bottle) would make this a more comfortable stay.

The house in a great location to carter finley stadium. And to all the surrounding restaurants and things todo. My only complaint was the leaves in the back on deck and yard. There was at least a foot of them on porch i swept it off to be able to sit out there. And in the yard there were so many we were nervous to use the fire pit. Other than that we had a great stay.

Stay in Raleigh

Property was as advertised, great neighborhood. Check in process was super easy. Plenty of cleaning resources. The only improvement to suggest would be an increase in availability and quality of kitchen tools.

Awesome!

Our family (kids, parents, grandparents) stayed for the weekend and attended a concert at Lenovo Arena and went to the NC State Fair. The location was perfect and cut down/eliminated driving in traffic. The property met all our needs!
