We had a wonderful stay in Raleigh. The home was comfortable and clean. We were very close to downtown, restaurants and NC State. The host was quick to respond to any of our questions or concerns.

Kristen was extremely responsive and the house was clean and just as described. The large backyard was great for our dog and would have been great for us if we had better weather. The only con was that the neighbor has lots of visitors day and night and noise travels well from outside to inside.

Nice House, But…

The house was cute, clean, and ready when we got there. It was listed as having a hot tub, and that was the main reason we booked the property. Upon arrival, the hot tub was beeping and the water temp was 65. I attempted to unplug and re plug the tub per theowners instructions. I also attempted to reset the

I am so sorry you were disappointed in being unable to use the hot tub. The unit was new and upon reaching out to the manufacturer they made me aware it could have been a power surge causing the unit to have the error code and after having a repair man clear the code it was unable to heat up quick enough for you to enjoy during your stay. I appreciate your kind communication so I was able to get someone out and fix the unit for future.

Perfect setting for our visit with our son and his family where there was a great big fenced in yard for our dogs. Everything we needed for our weekend was stocked in the kitchen! A great quiet place for us! Loved it
