Everything was great except for old carpet in the bedrooms. All else was comfortable, clean, organized, efficient. I would stay here again.

Edgewater Windward Bldg, Panama City Beach

The condo was perfect, our view was beautiful, check-in was flawless. There were some building maintenance and remodeling on the unit below ours that was annoying at times but understand the need to keep everything updated. We were there during a motorcycle rally 1 weekend and a golf cart rental weekend which made 2 of the 3 weekends we were there almost unbearable due to the road noise when trying to fall asleep. Other than that we had a really great time.

Over-all a nice place. The listing gave the impression that the large pool was closer to our building than it actually is. The unit needs a better equipped kitchen. No blanket for the pull out in the living room.

Perfect location and clean property

We loved our stay! Our unit was beautiful and very clean, and the common areas were all clean and well maintained. The property manager was super responsive when we got nervous that our air conditioning was about to malfunction room, and they sent help right away. The location is perfect, beaches are beautiful, and the restaurant on site was great. We’ll be back!

Gorgeous views and relaxing time by all!

When we walked in the condo! The look of surprise and beauty of the ocean! Was priceless ! We were so excited to watch sunsets and sunrises on your own private baloney!! The access to the beach was a breeze! A short walk to any of the pools and restaurants! We also adventured over the bridge to shop and see what we could see! Just a short drive to restaurant, piers and shopping in either direction from the parking lots! We are planning our next stay as we are driving home !!

A short stay in PCB

The property met our needs very well. It was clean and everything worked. We needed a little help to find the building where the condo was located and how to use the gate code to get in the parking lot. Once we figured it out the parking was excellent. We will probably stay here again. The initial charge was listed as $75/night but by the time everybody got their cut it was over $200/night. Deceptive advertising.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Windward 206 was amazing! The condo fit us well as a family of four. Parking was very easy and they had luggage carts available next to the elevators. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and spacious, and the living room was great for watching the waves and enjoying the view. The kitchen was well stocked. A few cutting boards and containers with lids would have helped but we got by. The resort itself was nice and clean. We used all the pools and had no issues. My only negative takeaway would be the floor. It felt sticky. We would definitely recommend this condo to family and friends.
