Join us for the holiday season! Our home will be decked out in holiday decor. We tend to book out fast, so be sure to book sooner rather than later. Fun and relaxation awaits you in our home! Step into a cool and cozy home that will accommodate your large group gathering and getaway. Our home welcomes you with luxurious furnishings and amenities to make your stay unforgettable. Enjoy dinner and drinks in the open dining/family room. There’s lots of outdoor seating, a fire pit, & charcoal grill to enjoy meals al fresco. Keep yourself entertained with an arcade system with over 3,500 games, board games, a giant Connect 4 & Jenga.

The Space:
Bring the whole family! The property consists of the main house and a separate guest house. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The guest house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a small sitting area. The 2 houses are only separated by an outdoor hallway. You will have access to both the main house and guest house for the duration of your stay.

Relax in the backyard and gather around the fire pit making s'mores after a day of exploring. This is the perfect home away from home!

The home consists of one floor, so there's no need to worry about climbing stairs.

Main House

The main house features an open concept area with a living room, family room, and dining area. The galley kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher. We also provide complimentary:

* Snacks

The laundry room with a washer and dryer is located right off the kitchen. The family room opens out to the patio space where you'll find a dining table, patio furniture, fire pit, and games to play. The 3 bedrooms consist of 2 king beds and 1 queen bed.

Guest House

The guest house is directly off of the back door of the main house. There is a small sitting area with Smart TV, a queen bedroom, a full over full bunk bedroom, and bathroom. The bunk bedroom also opens out to the patio area. The guest house also has an arcade system with over 3,500 games - NES, SNES, Atari, Neo Geo, PS1, N64, Dreamcast, Naomi/Atomiswave Arcade, Mame, GameCube, and PS2. Notable games include Mario Kart Double Dash, Mario Party 7, NBA Street Volume II, NFL, Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, Super Smash Brothers Melee, Simpsons Hit and Run/Road Rage, Tekken 5, Donkey Kong, Bubble Bobble, and PacMan.

A quick stroll down the street you’ll find Claro’s Italian Deli that’s known for their mouthwatering sandwiches. There’s numerous restaurant options to suit any appetite.

Just a short distance away from the following attractions:
Downtown Los Angeles = 20 minutes
Pasadena = 15 minutes
LAX = 40 minutes
Universal Studios = 30 minutes
Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm = 30 minutes
Huntington Beach = 45 minutes

Taxi, Uber, Lyft, bus station 1 block away from house.

Gardeners service the house every other Monday in the morning. The gate will be left open for them.

Rose Bowl trip

Lovely place

Family and I needed a last minute place to stay and found this gem. So easy from check-in to check-out. The home was beautiful looked just like photos, had enough room for our family, equipped with anything you needed, quiet neighborhood, location was great, beds were comfortable. The attention to detail was even down to the finest detail like a little design imprint on the toilet paper roll. Would totally book this home again. Very homely house.............

This was a home away from home that was not far away from family. Great location and the house is very spacious and accommodated us with a family dog without feeling like we are tight and on top of each other. The setup of the bedrooms made it very comfortable and accommodating by having the in-laws on one side of the house while our family of 4 had the other section. The kids. Grandparents and the dog enjoyed the backyard and having the playing space and seating area was an added plus. The house was clean and with a spotless kitchen. Communication with the host was very smooth and from the get-go, it made our 3-day drive into this home very easy and stress free. We would surely book this property or look for property with the same host again. Thank you for letting our extended family use your property during our LA visit.

What a gem! I have a family of 8 and always struggle to find a home to accommodate all of us comfortably. Until now! This place was perfect for all of us. This was a great property, that was well appointed, and met all of our needs!!! The hosts gave excellent communication, directions, and instructions for check-in, property amenities, and check out. The property easily houses 10 people depending on your sleeping arrangement needs. It had a main house and a "guest house" a few steps across a breeze way. The main house had the fully stocked kitchen, dining room, 2 "living rooms", 3 bedrooms (3 beds total), and 2 bathrooms. Bathrooms were excellent with the necessary amenities, and the rooms were spacious with closets and all had extra towels, blankets and pillows. The "guest house" had 2 bedrooms (3 total beds), a nice bathroom, and a small living room. The property had good privacy fencing from the street and the driveway was protected by an automatic gate in which 3 to 4 cars can easily fit in the driveway inside the fence. We easily fit a 14 passenger van and 10 ft. trailer in the allowable space (getting into the space was tight with the trailer but we have that experience and it was no problem for us). Great Street Food half a mile away at night, some awesome Asian food trucks and an excellent taco truck as well. We loved our stay here!!!!!

Great house and price

The owner was awesome, checked in a couple days before the check in with new and then again the day before. Check in was super easy and the house was amazing! Plenty ofspace, rooms and board games for the kids. Really felt like home while staying there, the owner even came and took the trash cans out for us the day before trash day(checked in with me before stopping by). It was a great experience for everyone I'm my family!

Beautiful, Modern, Spacious Home Great for the Entire Family!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful, modern, and spacious home. The decor was just my style: clean lines, modern, with a touch a glam. The rooms are very spacious and our party of 8 had more than enough room to spread out. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the gate made us feel extra safe. Carissa is an excellent host who responds quickly. She thought of everything we'd need for our trip (toiletries, extra toilet paper, towels, blankets, snacks, water bottles, games, even laundry detergent). It was a great stay in an absolutely beautiful home, and I'd highly recommend any family to stay here!

Amazing stay

Beautiful house, extremely clean and plenty of room for the whole family. More than everything needed was provided with an amazing backyard with many fun activities and hours of fun. None of us wanted to leave.
