Everything is brand new in this 3-bedroom house with full laundry room. All the amenities of home at the beach. 4 min walk to the beach. Around the corner from the Publix grocery store, marina and restaurants. Immaculately maintained for a stress-free vacation. Beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, bikes, and cooler are ready to use. New pool and spa. Plenty of outdoor seating 6 pool lounge chairs, 5 adnorondeck chairs and an outdoor dining table. Backyard also has giant connect 4, corn hole, and kids scooter.

**Pool/spa has a heater and can be heated for an additional fee. Contact me to turn on the heater.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Wash all the pool/beach towels. They can be left drying in the dryer.
Return thermostat to 78* upon departure
Put away all outdoor items that were taken out ex. Bikes, beach items, or toys.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All outside trash must be picked up. Inside trash must fit in the trash can or be taken to the outside trash can.
All beach belongings need to be rinsed off with the house and put back in the shed before departure. Do not rinse Beach items in the laundry sink.
Wash all used towels. They can be left in the dryer if needed.

This was a very nice, updates house that has a great backyard area with the convenience of a pool and hot tub at the home. It included everything needed to make our stay enjoyable and is a very short walk to the beautiful beaches of Fort Myers.

Great place. Location is so ideal. We walked to the beach with the chairs and wagon that was provided. Publix is right around the corner along with a great bar/restaurant on the water. Highly recommend this place.

Thank you for the feedback. The pool and spa were fully operational and heated during your stay; the spa was also successfully activated and heated remotely when checked, though cooler winter evenings can affect heat recovery times. The only issue reported was ants late Friday evening, which can occur during dry season in coastal areas; professional pest control was scheduled for the next business day, and the home remains on a regular exterior service schedule.

We loved our stay. It was very convenient to the beach, Publix, and Junkanoo Below Deck. The pool, patio and fire pit were awesome. It isn’t a big place but was plenty roomy. It was also very clean.

Great Trip!

Our family of 4 stayed here for 5 days/4nights. We have two girls, 11 and 14, and it was perfect for us. The girls loved the pool, we were a short walk to the beach and the fact that the property provided a cart, beach chairs, towels, accessories, etc made life way easier. The house was very nice and we each had our own room. Fort Meyers Beach is great and the locals are all very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay - the house is perfect for 2 or 4 people - and the back yard and amenities are wonderful. Great towels and linens - and plenty of them. Loved the convenience of the washer and dryer and literally a 3 minute walk to the beach. Would book again!

Perfect spot for family vacation

The property was extremely clean, with a very short walk to the beach. The private pool and hot tub was the best part of our stay. Check-in was easy and convenient. My kids (ages 2 and 8) had so much fun and didn’t want to leave, we all loved the house and the backyard! I reached out to the owner a few times before our arrival and they were quick to respond and very nice and helpful!
