Beautiful Home at Lake Sam Rayburn 🎣☀️

This beautiful home located in the sought after Forest Hills subdivision on Lake Sam has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It sleeps 10-12 and comes with a fully furnished kitchen including all the necessary appliances, cooking supplies and dishes. The bedrooms are ready for you to relax in and the bathrooms are fully stocked with towels and washcloths. There are custom bunk beds with built in TVs, spacious living room with a fireplace and split floor plan with ample parking. You would have access to the community tennis court and the boat ramp is only a mile away.
The back porch is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. You will not be disappointed with this house! Rayburn Country Resort is right around the corner with dining, golf, tennis and swimming.

Best Place near Sam Rayburn

Started out ok. A/C unit broke night one, but the host was super quick at getting us cooled down. She made a fast solution to for the problem and we are very thankful for her help. Autumn was the best communicator I have had in Vrbo hosts. She was fair and kept checking in on us to make sure we were doing good. My advice, STAY HERE!!!!!

Can’t give a full 5 stars

The house is very clean and communication with the property manager was very easy. We rented this property specifically for the use of the neighborhood pool and upon taking my child to the pool we were met by a member of the HOA and was rudely informed that VRBO’s in the neighborhood do not have access to the pool and we could go pay to have access to the country club pool if we wanted to swim.

My husband and I have stayed n Vrbos so many times and usually are very satisfied! We are not ones to complain often! First of all the host was not quick to respond to questions in fact we didn’t get lock combination till a few hours before check n! Also the advertisement for the property says u have access to community pool etc then they tell u once u arrive u really don’t! Do not recommend! Very disappointed family on vacation! Was really looking forward to pool time or wouldn’t have booked this place !

No power

for almost 24 hours of our stay we were without power. When we messaged the owner they said this happens a lot. I wish there was a generator or solution because I had a 3 month old baby with me that couldn’t be in the heat that long and had to spend most of the day in my car with a baby and a toddler. on top of that one of the main reasons we booked this place was to have access to the garage (which was advertised) and it was full of old furniture. We wanted to let our kids play outside but the garage was full and the patio was dirty. on top of that the only tv that works is the one in the living room. there were bugs and spiders everywhere inside just wasn’t the best experience overall
