Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put all used towels in the washing machine and start it
Put all trash bags in green trash can and bring can to the end of driveway. Only bagged trash can go into the green trash can.
Set AC to 75 upon departure
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
