Come enjoy your summer vacation at Forest Landing! This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse has been updated throughout. Home offers an open concept with a master on the first level. Brand new screened porch for 2022! Screened porch opens up to the patio where there is more seating and an area for grilling. Second level has 2 more bedrooms and a loft area with a pull out couch. The community offers a pool, community center with a fitness center and tennis courts. There is enough parking for 2 vehicles out front and there is overflow parking across the street. This home is just a short 10 minute drive to Downtown Bethany Beach. No need to bring your beach chairs, there are 4 chairs and toys for you to use. All bedroom TVs offer hookups for your Firestick, Roku or Chromestick.

This home is not pet friendly. Saturday - Saturday rentals only. Linens & towels can be purchased at an additional cost. Linen package includes sheets, towels and beach towels for max. occupancy. Renters must supply their own paper products.
