We loved our stay! They were great to communicate with and the house was clean and had more than we even needed. We stayed during the off season so the neighborhood was quiet. The house was spacious and more than enough room for my husband and I, 3 kids and my in laws. We would love to stay here again!

Family vacation!This house was perfect for our annual family gathering. Kids, parents, grandparents all with their own space and plenty to do. The guest passes for onsite amenities were well worth it. The house is about 15-20 minutes from the beach which was nice for us to be outside the beach chaos but close enough to get there without much effort. Bayside itself has beautiful walkable grounds and great golf. We’d be happy to stay here again.

The home was beautiful. It was clean and host offered exceptional amenities such as a TV in all bedrooms. The host offered use of bikes and beach chairs etc. which was a bonus.All the amenities like game room, pools, tennis courts, kayaks can only be used if you purchase activity passes increasing the cost of the stay.

We had another wonderful time at this beautiful home. We have stayed here for several years now and it is a great home for a family vacation. Mike is great to work with, and is always very responsive with any questions you may have. The home is exactly as it is described, has everything you need, and a fully stocked kitchen. It is close to the pool/playground (you can walk), and is located on a very quiet street. It has a nice screened in porch on the back of the house. We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a great family vacation. You will not be disappointed!

Annual Family Gathering!

The house is very spacious, clean and accommodating! As annual guests to Bayside in the summer, we really enjoyed the location and friendly neighbors! Lots of room for our dinner gatherings. Host was very helpful and responsive. Will definitely stay again.

Another Great Vacation

The perfect beach house for your family vacation awaits. Leave your troubles at the door and leave your worries behind, this house has everything you need. You are close to the beach and wonderful restaurants. Our family has stayed here for several years now, and the owner is excellent with communication and it is located in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Cannot wait to go back again next year.
