Beautiful home next to neighboring golf course. Beautiful horses across the street, close to hiking trails and state park. Beautiful views of pine trees out the bedroom window. It's quiet clean and peaceful here. E-bike rentals, bike rental and kayak rentals available (first come first served). Trails to ride across the street.

We love to vacation! Therefore we love to provide an atmosphere of relaxation in our peaceful surroundings and home. We love to Bike, Hike, Kayak, Karaoke. We are Foodies!
Why they chose this property
Private spot in a quiet country setting. Surrounded by 360 degree views of mountains, red rock cliffs, and volcanoes. Overlook Snow Canyon state park to the west, Pine mountain to the north, and the rugged rock cliff's to the east. St. George is a short 5 minute drive to the south. You're far enough from town to have a peaceful country feel, but close enough to be at the restaurant in 10 minutes. Ledges golf club is less than a mile away, and the world famous Veyo pies is about a 10 minute drive. Snow Canyon state park is a 2 mile walk along a paved trail. The majestic Zion national park is about an hour drive away, and not to far beyond that is Bryce Canyon national park. We have ATV trails and a shooting range adjacent to our community. There are petroglyphs within walking distance to home. We are a bit cooler than St. George on average, and are nestled into a safe and quiet community.
What makes this property unique
The smallest property size in our community is 1 acre. We have a country feel, so we don't have that crowded feeling. It's a perfect environment for a vacation. We are spoiled with all the recreational opportunities around us year round.
