This beautiful One Bedroom (KING bed)/One Bath condo is perfect for a romantic getaway and also and adventurous vacation for a small family. The view from the 3rd floor balcony is spectacular. With elevator access, this condo is easy for all ages to enjoy. Owners have upgraded furniture, paint, and added new appliances and tile in bathroom and kitchen along with new flat screen tv, bar stools, and dinette set, Living Room futon, free WiFi, along with free parking, The condo's decor is warm, comfortable and will make you feel right at home. Excellent paper goods, laundry, dis washer and dishes. Cookwear needs to be updated. Flatware needs more only 3 of everything. Plenty towels, excellent linens. Very quiet and enjoyable. I will be back.

Loved the outstanding view! Very quiet! Plenty of room for two. Comfortable bed and bedding. Would definitely stay here again! Only 2 negatives--1) missing an iron, and 2) the scent of laundry detergent used to wash towels/ bedding was too strong. The scent was throughout the whole condo, almost as if there was a plug-in air freshener. This is more of a personal choice for us as we use an unscented/sensitive brand. Overall, great stay!!

So comfortable!

This condo is in a perfect and central location. It was perfectly clean upon arrival. The amenities were great and the view from the balcony was stunning. We had a great stay and would love to come back!

Our view of the snow covered mountains was wonderful. St. George has great hiking and bike trails. Good base camp for visiting Zion and Bryce. Once it warmed up the pool and hot tub were great! Thank you Brian!

Great family get away

This place was great for our little family to call home base while visiting St. George. My two children loved all of the on sight pools and the community is in a central spot of St. George making it easy to get to restaurants, parks, and movie theaters. I had great interactions with Bryan the host as well. Will definitely be coming back at a later date!!!

The condo unit is very clean, well maintained, and well stocked with basics. We enjoyed our stay.

The property grounds and facilities appear to be having a hard time keeping up with maintenance. But the individual unit that we stayed in (#329) is in good shape and very clean. We visited St. George to enjoy the outdoors, State and National Parks in the area, and this property was perfect for our needs. Very convenient and in a nice area and a good value for the price.

My daughter, granddaughter and I felt very comfortable here - booking way in advance was a little nerve racking, but check-in and out was flawless- was a little concerned by some of the reviews but dont hesitate booking this condo - it is a little out dated but some people are petty with their remarks - Brian thankyou for offering your condo up for rent to strangers - we had a good time.

Place is clean but outdated. Coffee maker didn’t work real well and futon had to stay in upright position because it was broken. Not a bad place for the price

St. George Golf Weekend Success

With snow in the forecast at home, it seemed like a good idea to head 3 1/2 hours south to St. George for warmer weather and golf. After 36 holes Friday and 36 more on Saturday, the fellas went home, but I was in the mood for more St. George, so I extended 2 days and had the wife drive down. Proof that the condo is great for both types of trips - the wife is already looking on the calendar for the next chance we'll have to go back, and we'll definitely stay here. The neighborhood is great, close to everything, but high up on a hill overlooking it all from the privacy of this top floor unit.

We bought this to get out of the snow in Salt Lake and GOLF and do outdoors activities. Fun for a quick get away for us and our kids.
