"Conscious Sedation"! The perfect location in Garden City Beach! Walking distance to the beach and the heart of Garden City. Located a short walk to the beach. This home is located across the inlet from the famous Marsh Walk and can be reached by car within minutes. This five bedroom, three bath vacation home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs and two bedrooms and one bath downstairs offers lots of space and privacy. The lower bedrooms have a private entrance (No inside stairs). The large porches offer a nice ocean breeze with views of the sunrise on the front porch and sunsets on the back porch. As full time residence (we leave when rented), our home offers many amenities to make you feel at home.
We love hosting guests who are looking for a relaxing coastal getaway. To ensure everyone enjoys their stay, our home is best suited for families, couples, and small groups seeking a peaceful retreat. We kindly ask that guests respect our neighbors and note that parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted.
