4 Bedroom/4.5 Bath-Beach House, Private Pool Steps from Beach

Welcome to our Surfside Beach house, “A Dream Come True” (Twin).

We think it will be a place for your summer vacation dreams to come true. This house is young (constructed '08), spacious (2200 sq ft) and all bedrooms have new carpeting.

Features include 9’ ceilings, four bedrooms each with a full bath, and a modern kitchen with granite counters, utensils, pots/pans. Ceiling fans throughout the house.
Parking under the house.

It is the second house up from Ocean Blvd and beach access is directly across the street. Seven blocks south is the Pier with restaurants and shopping....an easy walk.

We think the layout of the house is perfect for family’s with a Master bedroom on the first floor and on the second floor is a second Master bedroom, bunk bed room (2 bunk beds), and a bedroom with two full beds. Each bedroom comes with a 32” LCD TV. The house comes with washer and dryer with a separate AC unit on each floor.

If lounging is preferred, a private pool is in back with six foot privacy fence. The pool is not heated. On ground level is a picnic table and barbecue area. In the first floor living area is a sofa/love seat combo with 52” LCD TV or surf the Internet via WIFI. Departure cleaning is included. Linens are included.

We had a great time during our week at Dream Come True! The weather was a little cool, but we made the best of it. The house was well stocked and had games and books. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was nice and big, and the table was great for our Easter dinner. The pool was a little cold during our stay, but the kids didn't mind too much. I'd stay here again for sure. It was a great location and great deal for how close you are to the beach.

This is a wonderful place for a family beach trip. The house itself is ideally located a short walk to the beach. It was clean and well kept. The layout is great - upstairs is large and the bedrooms are well spread out so that everyone can have privacy. Each bedroom has a bathroom as well - no need to share! The pool is small, but perfect for a dip. The owners were quick to respond with any questions and provided great info for check in and the neighborhood. Definitely recommend!

Perfect for two families

We loved the location right off the beach and walking distance to restaurants. We also loved the interior layout with two masters and room for loads of kids. It is a well maintained spacious house and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

The location was great and extremely clean! LOTS of room to spread out and visit together as one large family or split off into groups. I could tell the owners wanted our stay to be worry-free with all the staff they sent by to take care of the little things such as cleaning the pool, taking out the trash cans, etc. What a fantastic vacation!

Fun beach stay

We had a lot of fun while visiting Surfside beach. The stay was nice but one thing that made the stay tough was the thermostat resetting in the middle of the night and it made sleeping uncomfortable. Other than that, everything else was great!

Perfect Summer Vacation

We could not have been more happy with the House, Pool, and proximity to the Beach. Nice and quiet street. The property owner was extremely attentive and friendly to work with. Why they chose this property

First, we always wanted our own beach house. During many visits to Myrtle Beach area, we kept being drawn to Surfside Beach due to its proximity to Myrtle Beach to the north, golfing, shopping, restaurant's, etc. The fact that Surfside isn't lined with condo towers was an attraction for us along with the family orientated community. It became the perfect beach spot for us.

What makes this property unique

We enjoy the comfort of our new home and what seems to be the endless options to pick from during the day....read a book, hang out at the pool, walk to the beach, walk to the pier to hang out or enjoy a meal, golf, shop or watch TV. It is the perfect spot to unwind and relax.
