We had a great week! The kitchen is very large and has everything you would need. Morning coffee on the bayside porch was heavenly! Will come again, hopefully! Thank you so much for one of our best vacation weeks!

Coffee Bayside is one of our favorite activities. Especially when we get a glimpse of dolphins or eagles.
This was our third trip to this house.....we love the location, it is private and picturesque...we got to see the bald eagles again!!!!!! WE love the 30 second walk to the beach and the calm water of the bay! The local environment is also beautiful...especially the towns of White Stone and Kilmarnock and the local marinas. The home is beautiful. WE hope to return!
It was good except there were so many biting flies outside and no toilet papers and trash bags provided. Overall, was a great stay.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. It’s difficult to determine paper products needs for various size groups so we provide TP in each bathroom, and a trash bag to get you started. As noted in the description families need to plan for their paper needs beyond the starter set.
This was the second year in a row we have stayed here, and we absolutely loved it! The house was clean and smelled so fresh when we arrived, and the location is so beautiful. We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, and the fishing was fantastic. Diane is a wonderful host, and we hope to stay here again in the future!
Terrific houses with incredible views of the bay. Kids loved playing on the beach and in the game room. Have rented before and hopefully will come back again
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It is a lovely home with beautiful views and ample space for a large group. The house was clean and well stocked with necessities. The property manager was flexible and responsive. We loved the beach and had great fun swimming, kayaking, canoeing and paddle boarding. We are big fans of the northern neck area and nearby Irvington, White Stone and Kilmarnock for their restaurants, shops and events. We highly recommend this home for a family vacation!

I’m glad you enjoyed your stay. Reading the reviews always makes me thankful that we care share our love of the Northern Neck with others (and that we have family time carved out for us next week).
If you're looking for a relaxing spot to gather a group, you'll enjoy spending time in this secluded location with space to spread out. We've been grateful for many happy memories made here!

It remains one of our favorites, too. I’m glad we get to share it.
We had a wonderful stay! The location of the property is private and there is plenty to do for everyone of all ages. The fishing and crabbing kept everyone entertained. Highly recommended for unplugging and having time together!
Perfect weekend getaway for our family! The views were spectacular and the water was lovely. With young kids, I especially loved how shallow the water was all the way out to the rock barriers. We even saw 2 pods of dolphins our last morning there. Highly recommend this house!
The house, location, and amenities were excellent! We wanted a relaxing spot for our family to have time together and this place was perfect. The canoe, kayak, and other accessories were greatly appreciated, thank you!
This was my family's 3rd time staying at Diane's beach house. The weather was beautiful our entire stay and the water perfect for swimming! We all had a great time and would book again in the future!
We had just a great and relaxing time! This home is beautiful as well as the property. It was everything we were looking for for our family to just be able to relax and have peace. We will definitely be back.
