Enjoy the 5-acre Bay-front home whose private sandy beach includes unique Northern Neck sand dunes. Swim, crab, fish, or use provided canoe, kayak, or paddle board to explore the water. Relax on lounge chairs with a frosty drink (margarita machine included). Take in the Bay breeze while reading a book or sleeping on the beach. The open floor plan and 9 ft. ceilings provide a spectacular view to watch bald eagles, osprey, and heron without leaving the beautifully furnished house. Dine inside overlooking the Bay or eat outside on the patio set after using the gas grill. Three king bedrooms (including two master suites), a bunk room, and a separate playroom make it comfortable and fun for adults and kids alike.

This was our third trip to this house.....we love the location, it is private and picturesque...we got to see the bald eagles again!!!!!! WE love the 30 second walk to the beach and the calm water of the bay! The local environment is also beautiful...especially the towns of White Stone and Kilmarnock and the local marinas. The home is beautiful. WE hope to return!

Glad you enjoyed your stay. It’s difficult to determine paper products needs for various size groups so we provide TP in each bathroom, and a trash bag to get you started. As noted in the description families need to plan for their paper needs beyond the starter set.

The perfect place for us

This was the second year in a row we have stayed here, and we absolutely loved it! The house was clean and smelled so fresh when we arrived, and the location is so beautiful. We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, and the fishing was fantastic. Diane is a wonderful host, and we hope to stay here again in the future!

Chesapeake Bay Beachfront Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It is a lovely home with beautiful views and ample space for a large group. The house was clean and well stocked with necessities. The property manager was flexible and responsive. We loved the beach and had great fun swimming, kayaking, canoeing and paddle boarding. We are big fans of the northern neck area and nearby Irvington, White Stone and Kilmarnock for their restaurants, shops and events. We highly recommend this home for a family vacation!

Relaxing weekend getaway

Perfect weekend getaway for our family! The views were spectacular and the water was lovely. With young kids, I especially loved how shallow the water was all the way out to the rock barriers. We even saw 2 pods of dolphins our last morning there. Highly recommend this house!
