Franck and Morgane welcome you to this spacious farmhouse (130m2) in a quiet environment, 300m from the Nantes-Brest canal for beautiful walks, fully equipped accommodation, ideal for hikers, fishermen, cyclists... but also workers on the move thanks to the 5 bedrooms and the large outdoor parking

the accommodation is warmly furnished, in order to feel good, We leave some personal objects, games, books and groceries at your disposal,

You have the possibility to bring your bed linen (sheets) and towels (towels), I can also make some available to you for 10€ per room prepared (to be paid on site)

whirlpools (bubbles and jets) / SPA (jacuzzi) optional, 35€ on the first day then 15€/day - water is changed and heated - notify at least one day before your arrival

The kitchen is fully equipped (2 refrigerators, wine cellar, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, kettle, bread grill, raclette machine...)

Passenger access
Private parking on arrival, please park directly and enter through the gate (and not the front door to the road)

access to any the house, (except the garage)

the terrace and lawn (1500m2)

Other remarks
NOTE: there is a step between the living room and the kitchen

we take care to maintain the peaceful use is therefore required in order to avoid any damage
