About this property

Renovated Oceanfront 3BR Penthouse, Large Balcony, Large Bedrooms!

Check out our photos from our major renovation project completed! New sliding doors on the oceanfront, new blackout drapes, new carpet, new showers, fresh paint, popcorn ceilings removed, new Smart TVs in all BRs, Ceiling Fans in all BRs, all new beds in 2024, and more! Our condo is located right on the beach with unobstructed views to the north and the south from our large balcony. We have three large bedrooms and the primary suite has a sliding door to the balcony and large walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom suite has a king size bed and its own private bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds with a bathroom in the hallway with tiled walk-in shower. The living room has sliding doors to the balcony. We also have a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit.

The private lobby also has a washer/dryer area, a drink and snack machine, and two elevators. Next to the beach there is a pool and two grill areas with picnic tables. There are bathrooms at the ocean level so no need to go upstairs! This is a wonderful location that is quiet and relaxing.

We rent to responsible families only. No smoking and no pets allowed per building rules! (We are highly allergic to animals and smoke, therefore there is no smoking and no animals allowed, including small dogs.)

*ONLY RENTS FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY during summer months and high demand times.* Check-in time is 12-noon, and Check-out time is 8:30 a.m.

Great vacation area

Had a great time , this place was very clean had a great view of the ocean and plenty of room for the 7 of us. Great beach area plenty of beach access and was close to restaurants and activities for us.

Very nice condo. Nicely decorated, clean, well equipped and plenty of space. Easy beach access and a great ocean view. The pool and the building itself also very well maintained. Perfect location for 4th of July fireworks!

Great Condo in fabulous location

Clean, modern, just perfect! Beds were very comfortable and view of the ocean was perfect. Loved that the terrace has 2 areas so you can choose if you want sun or shade. Very nice pool.

Exceptional stay on the beach

This condo met and in some cases exceeded our expectations based on the gallery of photos. It’s location was excellent. A great deal of thought went into the very well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. I would recommend this condo to friends and family.

Great. What time we weren’t at ocean we were usually around dining table eating, playing cards or board games, or doing a craft. The only wish I have is a comfortable padded and straight back dinnning chair the table was great.

This is a great unit at this property. We have stayed in other units at this same property and this unit was MUCH better. Updated furnishings, nice decor, well stocked kitchen, bed linens were newer and the dining table comfortably fit 6 adults easily. The property grounds, pool and indoor common areas are also very well maintained. Entertainment is very close by and the beach is clean.

A Piece of Paradise

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful penthouse oceanfront condo. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time at the beach, dining at various restaurants and simply enjoying the magnificent views from the roomy terrace. We would definitely recommend staying here without hesitation… Our only regret is that we couldn’t have enjoyed this awesome piece of paradise for justa little bit longer…..

Great week!

We have been staying at the Crescent Sands for over 20 years. This property ranks at the top as far as cleanliness and decor. Well stocked kitchen for those that like to cook,(we eat out a lot). Seems to be maintained with no issues with appliances. We would definitely consider renting again.
