The host promptly responded to my questions. The property was exactly as advertised and perfect for two! We enjoyed the peacefulness sitting on the patio. The location was ideal to walk and explore the Princeton area.

This unit is spectacular. It seems completely new, and all the amenities are beautiful (new white sheets, abundant fluffy white towels, cute pillows, attractive decor, great appliances, fancy sink, great shower, etc.). Parking was super easy. Great communication from owner/host. We were too tired and couldn’t figure out the sofabed, and he wrote back immediately with instructions and photos so we could understand. AWESOME location. Will stay again!

The host was very prompt and communicative. The place was also nearby downtown and had beautiful interiors. The o to recommendation I have would be to eventually change out the bed comforter, some pillows, and the mattress cover. I investigated a little too deeply and saw big brown stains on all of them which I understand comes from many guests using them and doing who knows what over time. It's just nice to come to a clean-looking bed. It was also hard to get used to the upstairs neighbors. I could hear their conversations word-for-word at night while lying in bed. I didn't feel so alone though! Might want to look into some soundproofing options for privacy purposes. Overall though, I'd stay again and I do recommend this place.

Nice Apartment with Plumbing Issues

It was a nice apartment although there was a clog when I moved in causing disgusting backup in the bathtub and the toilet to not work. These things can happen but it also shows a lack of preventative maintenance. Anyway, I didn't shower while I was there but the owner did have the issue at least patched up say nine hours after I contacted him or her about the issue.
