The Delaware towpath takes you to downtown Lambertville when you turn right/north or south along The Delaware to the wingdam .

Exciting Lambertville/New Hope are adjacent villages with live theater and many live music venues including Bars and Restaurants. Lambertville’s antique district is nationally reknown.

Our place also includes a stunning two tiered deck with an outdoor couch, chairs, and coffee table with propane Fire-Pit built iin.
The deck features Attractive landscaping for relaxing, sunbathing and to enjoy fabulous skyviews and sunsets.
Two onsite parking space plus free street parking right across the street.

Our place includes the Entire upstairs of the house featuring White wicker furniture and is attractively decorated throughout with a large open floor plan.
Full kitchen with 2 counter stools and adjacent dining area with table and 4 chairs

Also includesd are large coat closet and 2 closets in the bedroom and a premium memory foam queen bed . Bedroom is attractively furnished with a large chest of drawers and sleek leather chair.

Barbeque and eat on the huge back deck while enjoying the stunning sky views.

Strool into town day or night for lively attractions and antiquing district. Art galleries galore.
Live Music abounds around both Lambertville and New Hope.

Nearby the Bucks County Playhouse has expanded to include a Delaware River side park and walk.

Lovely home away from home

A perfect apartment to call "home" while visiting Lambertville and New Hope. Within easy walking distance of the canal, shops, and restaurants. Clean and comfortable and relaxing, I'd definitely stay here again!

It was a great stay! Perfect for two people. The space was clean and cozy. We didn’t cook or eat in, but the kitchen was well stocked with equipment. Elliot was responsive and allowed an early check in as we facing some bad weather. Definitely check out the beautiful deck space if the weather allows. We had a great time and recommend staying at Elliot’s.

Host was responsive. It was generally clean. The water pressure was horrible. The whole place needed up dating. Walks were dirty. Utensils were dirty. Bed was very mediocre. Pillows were unacceptable. It was not close to things. You still need to take a car. Steps were icey and dangerous. Some lights worked. Others did not. Appliances were not brand name. We had to clean after getting in. Bathroom and bed. Couch was unusable as it was stiff. I would never recommend for the 700us price for two nights stay at an inn for the same price where you have more amenities and cleanliness.

Perfect Lambertville location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property in Lambertville. Towpath access is right across the street for an enjoyable walk into town. Super short drive to access the trails to Goat Hill Overlook. Property was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was perfect for our stay in Lambertville! Host was awesome!

Wonderful Property

We really enjoyed our stay. The home looked as expected from the pictures. Everything was clean and even though we did not cook, the kitchen was well equipped. The location was close to all the activities we enjoyed while there.

April Rain Could Not Dampen a Wonderful Stay

Excellent property; hosts have thought of everything. Ours was a weekend visit and it rained both days, but it was April after all so we were prepared and walked easily to and through the primary areas of both Lambertville and New Hope. We are very likely to return to the area in the future in hopes of sunnier days and we can’t think of a better place to stay.

Beautiful apartment! Everything was so clean, with everything you could possibly need. Perfect if you are coming to town for Heroic! Leave time to explore the adorable towns- both within easy walking distance from the apartment.

Great town, great location!

We enjoyed being able to literally cross the street and enjoy walks along the tow path with our dog. Lambertville is a great town and this was a great place to explore it from. Definitely planning a return visit!

Perfection

Elliot has thought of absolutely everything you could possibly need or want. The space was immaculate. The location was very convenient to everything. The terraces in the backyard were peacefull and relaxing,and so well equipped. If you come with your dog they can safely stay on the secured patio. There is a place to walk them right across the street. And so much more.

Fall retreat

The place is awesome ! A very relaxed atmosphere with a home vibe which is what we look for with our dogs . We hardly needed to drive as everything was a short walk away ! The fall foliage was gorgeous walking along the river . We will be back !!!’

Lambertville Weekend

Elliot has a beautiful home with all the conveniences and well thought out decor. We enjoyed watching a movie on the new 55”smart tv. The queen bed was super comfortable. It was a quick walk to the heart of Lambertville shops and eateries. It poured rain and we took advantage of the umbrella in the closet. The back deck area looked very inviting although we did not use do to weather. All in all a 5 star rating!!

Lovely little town.

Wonderful weekend. The town of Lamberstville and New Hope are quaint and beautiful!! The rental was a great great location right outside of town but 5 mins away from everything!! The home was beautifully updated and comfortable!!!! Highly recommend!!
