Red Brick Room
The property was nice & convenient to everything in downtown Nacogdoches. There were only 3 parking spots, but there’s plenty of street parking. The property manager was easy to get ahold of when we needed something (i.e. more towels). I would definitely stay there again!

Very pretty house
We booked this property for one evening. When we entered, it was easy to find the key, but we never found the room that we had reserved. It was supposed to have two beds, but the key that worked for the room only had one. We reserved the Red Brick Room, but we were assigned the Hill Room. I went into the bathroom to wash my hands and discovered it had no running water. It took over an hour of messaging, texting and calling the property owner. The owner's wife finally messaged back and said that her husband had sent an email an hour ago, which was not true. The husband finally answered his phone after repeated calls and apologized for not having running water and said he had no idea why the city shut off the water. He said maybe it was because they had a leaky faucet, or maybe because their autopay hadn't gone through. He said that it would hopefully be back on the next day after the city's water department opened. I highly doubt that the city would shut off the water with no warning. We decided to just return home as it was difficult to find another place to stay last minute. It was really disappointing as it is such a cool house, being so old. It was really clean, had a private bathroom and was spacious, even though we would have been sharing a kitchen and communal space with other guests. I hate leaving a bad review for such a beautiful place, but the lack of communication was really disappointing.
