This Palm Spring's/Indian Wells adjacent luxury home features 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, pool, hot tub, spacious yard, making it perfect for a family to live long term, host events, reunions or if you're visiting for the weekend. An awesome set up for up to 10 guests! The house also boasts a full kitchen, outdoor BBQ and bar!

The entire place is a mini homage to Greece and Italy- we love it here and it’s very relaxing. Perfect for a weekend getaway or if you choose to stay longer for months, especially during the winter and springs months. The whole space is private and yours to use.

It is also a minute away from the Paseo shopping district and within minutes of all the restaurants, grocery stores, golf country clubs, Indian Wells and the tennis tournaments not to mention the famous Coachella and Stagecoach fairgrounds.
