110qm großes, freistehendes Holzhaus mit 3 Schlafräumen
Freistehendes Holzhaus (ca. 110 qm) mit traumhaftem Ausblick in die friedliche Natur auf dem Kollerhof. Es gibt zahlreiche Wander- und Radwege. Ein umfangreiches Freizeitangebot gibt es direkt am Hof, z.B. viele Tiere, Ponyreiten, Spielplatz, Lagerfeuerplatz. Zahlreiche Sport- Kunst-, Kultur und Freizeitmöglichkeiten finden sich in naher Umgebung. Das Haus besitzt 3 Schlafräume. Ebenerdig ist ein Schlafraum mit einem Etagenbett vorhanden (mit separatem WC). Im ersten Stock gibt es zwei Schlafräume wovon einer mit Doppelbett und Zugang zum Balkon ist und der zweite mit einem Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten. Die Wohnküche besteht aus einer Couchlandschaft, einer gemütlichen Essecke und einer Küchenzeile unter anderem mit Spülmaschine. Das Badezimmer verfügt über Dusche, Badewanne und Doppelwaschbecken. Extra gibt es ein WC und eine weitere Dusche. Terrasse, Balkon und Carport stehen zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Bettwäsche und Endreinigung ist im Preis enthalten.
