Nestled among the cypress in a serene coastal meadow, this two-level home offers the quintessential, peaceful Sea Ranch experience. The ocean, the Bluff Trail, and the Del Mar Recreation Center are mere steps away, with a private hot tub waiting to welcome you home.

You'll enter by way of a front courtyard, with the foyer leading you into a light-filled great room with generous windows and two-story ceilings. To one side is a living space where you can curl up to read in the window seat or stream movies on the flatscreen TV; to the other is a window-lined dining area with seating for six. The kitchen adjoins the great room, offering stainless steel appliances (including a French-door refrigerator and a gas stove) and casual bar seating.

Open the sliding glass doors to find a fully fenced patio where you can barbecue in the fresh ocean air, finish a crossword in an Adirondack chair, or admire the spectacular night sky while soaking in the hot tub. The primary bedroom suite features its own small patio (and a bathroom with a soaking tub) as well.

The second bedroom is off the great room, while the third is housed in a separate casita. Additional amenities include a second living area in the loft, a private washer/dryer, and unbeatable proximity to Del Mar's outdoor pool, tennis courts, and saunas just a few hundred feet away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
