The accommodation
This contemporary architect's house has a real cachet that will seduce lovers of beautiful materials, large volumes and "nature moments" provided by the large quiet garden and its two terraces where you can have an aperitif and lunch/dinner. We recently renovated it. We live in this house with my wife and our two children. You will be particularly seduced by the surrounding calm, the immersion in a house that is almost like a country house while being in the city. The house has 4 bedrooms (including two children), two bathrooms, an office space upstairs, a kitchen open to a large living room with its fireplace. You are 7 minutes from the Croix de Chaveaux metro allowing you to reach Nation in 10 minutes and République in 20 minutes. Disneyland is 30 minutes, the Stade de France 40 minutes and the Eiffel Tower 45 minutes.
