This newly remodeled condo has 4 bedrooms, 4 full and 1 half baths. All bedrooms are onsuite making this the perfect retreat for 4 couples or adult families. The 2-story floor plan is especially generous in size and allows for ample room for all to have their own space. The open floor plan provides for a large great room. This is the perfect spot to gather and watch or game play games with friends. Lots of light and a balcony with seating is directly off this living area. Cooking is a breeze with this well-equipped kitchen. Refreshed and ready to rent! This central location is ideal for a quick walk to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and nightlife nearby! Wildwood is experiencing a rebirth. Come stay in this clean, renovated, and well priced location! Off street parking for three cars is provided two in the garage and one in the driveway. Outdoor shower is located at the rear of the property. The Wildwoods are known for it s spacious, clean, and safe FREE beaches as well as it s nationally known Boardwalk with hundreds of amusement rides, shops, and eateries. There are so many things to do in the Wildwoods from bike riding, running, sunbathing, waterskiing, fishing, excursions, nightlife, restaurants and so much more. From sunrise to sunset, you can make yourself as busy or as relaxed as you want to be.

    Great location

    The location was great. The property was exactly as shown in the pictures. The bedroom with the king bed and bedroom with the 2 twin beds were upstairs. The two queen rooms were downstairs. Kitchen and living room upstairs. There was some sand on the floors upon arrival but wasnt a huge issues. We vaccuumed the floors upon arrival anyway. There is a unit above this unit. Each unit has its own garage door to access the garage. The upstairs unit must have had issues opening their garage door. Our code to the garage was given to the other unit so they could access the garage. We arrived home one night and the door was completely open leaving full access to our beach wagons and strollers. We were really annoyed and disappointed by this because the code to the garage was the same for our unit. I dont think giving our code out was the best solution to their problem.
