About this property

North Wildwood Vacation at the Shore…2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk

Welcome to our newly purchased and available Beach House in North Wildwood. We are nestled in the heart of North Wildwood on 19th Avenue- just 2 walking blocks to the beach and boardwalk. Our charming property offers the perfect blend of coastal relaxation and modern comfort- all within walking distance of the boardwalk attractions, rides, shops and restaurants. This unit is the lower floor of our 2 unit vacation home featuring 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private parking for 2 cars, outdoor shower, Weber grill, complimentary cable and wifi and more. It's an ideal retreat for families and groups of friends seeking a memorable seaside getaway. For even larger groups, it is possible to also rent our upstairs 4 bedroom unit- that sleeps 8 additional people.

Guests can enjoy outdoor places to relax- on our front and rear porches or in the back yard. We are within walking distance of the boardwalk, walking path, Morey's Pier, and other boardwalk spots. We are minutes from Cape May, NJ and there are plenty of nearby options for water related boating/fishing activities. There's always something going on in Wildwood- so book your week or two with us now!

Sorry- we do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We do not accept prom or senior week bookings.

During the peak Summer months (June thru August) we book Saturday 3pm thru Saturday 10 am with a 7 day minimum. Contact us for a shorter stay with a 3 day minimum before and after those peak rental months.

Great Stay!

Easy booking and great communication. House was welll stocked with not only linens and kitchen supplies, but cleaning supplies, toilet paper and even K cups! Nice spacious place for 9 of us to all sleep comfortably. Highly recommend.

This home had everything we needed and more for a great stay in North Wildwood. The location is a short 2 block walk to a nice section of the beach. The house had more than enough space for our group of 7. It had every amenity we could have wanted: central air conditioning, two full bathrooms, outdoor shower with hot & cold water, parking for 2 cars, both a drip coffee maker & K cup coffee maker, BBQ grill, towels (including beach towels) & bed sheets provided, washer/drier, beach umbrellas, and a wonderful porch to sit out on. The hosts were absolutely awesome people who made themselves available for any questions (like where the good restaurants are). They provided us with amazing hospitality and we would love to book another stay with them again.

We are from Vineland, NJ about an hour northwest of North Wildwood. We have spent many weekends as kids with our family in North Wildwood. In fact, we have been boating and fishing in the ares for the past 25 years.

Why they chose this property

19th Avenue is a great street in North Wildwood- close enough to the beach and the boardwalk action, but far enough to avoid the noise and hustle of the Summer boardwalk crowds.

What makes this property unique

5 Bedrooms in our lower units helps accommodate larger families and groups. It’s possible to book our upper 4 bedroom as well for a total of up to 18 guests. Just 2 blocks from Wildwood’s famous beach, top ranked boardwalk and the rides at Morey’s Pier.
