La Perla - Bungalowanlage DIRECTLY by the sea

This private, charming complex in which the bungalow is located on a rock overlooking the sea. Away from the hustle and bustle of pubs and shopping malls you can relax on the property - in the first row - (no road and no road between the sea and the property - we are on the sea!) with tropical garden (Bougainvillea, palm trees, hibiscus, cactus, etc.) with the sound of the sea, but without car noise, very well recover.
In the kitchen (stove-4 plates, coffee press, kettle, fridge, etc.) you can prepare (with sea view) the food and also the meal, with pleasure, take.
In the living area we offer a TV with German channels (receiver for satellite, over 100 channels).
There is a free safe.
The terrace with sea views offers you two sun loungers with cushions, 3-4 chairs, table, umbrella and tumble dryer.
A tropical plant bed borders the garden area.
Washer and dryer with coins that you can buy in the reception.

Ohne Klimaanlage zu warm

Die Anlage ist sehr schön gelegen, sauber und ruhig. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen in Ordnung. Bei Ankunft standen 5 Liter Wasser und 1 Flasche Rotwein bereit, darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut!! 2 Supermärkte und 2 gute Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Dass an der linken Seite ein Bungalow den Meerblick eingrenzt, ist bei dem vielen Wind hier eher von Vorteil, wir saßen gut geschützt auf der Terrasse. Allerdings fehlen für die Stühle und die Liegen Polster. Auf Nachfrage erhielten wir aber 2 für die Liegen. Größter Nachteil der Wohnung ist die fehlende Klimaanlage. Wir hatten Ende März 3 Tage über 32°C, da kann man nicht mehr schlafen, zumal auch keine Markise o.ä. am Terrassenfenster vorhanden ist. Der öffentliche Parkplatz ist Luftlinie 8 m vom Schlafzimmer entfernt und somit nachts / früh morgens ziemlich störend. Der Strand ist gut zu erreichen, der Pool ist groß genug, um ein bisschen zu schwimmen. Wir konnten kostenlos einen Sonnenschirm ausleihen, die Idee mit dem Büchertausch ist auch sehr gut. Schlüsselübergabe war über einen Zahlencode sehr bequem.
