Beautiful holiday home in San Agustin, in the south of Gran Canaria.
The accommodation consists of 40m², with 1 double bedroom and capacity for 2 persons.
Living room with integrated kitchen and bathroom - it is cosy and exterior and also has a terrace of 15m2, where you can enjoy pleasant moments.
It is located 50m. from the sandy beach "San Agustín", with very easy access. Ideal for family holidays.
It has a terrace with its furniture, iron, unlimited Internet access (wifi), hairdryer, air conditioning, 1 satellite TV with languages: Spanish, English, German.
The American style kitchen has an induction hob, fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.
San Agustín is a tourist beach with calm waters, although with small waves, which maintains all the characteristic advantages of accommodation and services, but it is also very quiet because it is less crowded. Even its nights are placid as they lack the typical hustle and bustle of a tourist area. The beach of San Agustín is perfect for relaxing for days at a time, but if its calmness is not enough, just a short distance away is one of the largest thalassotherapy centres on the island.
On its long promenade, which connects to the south with the tourist centre of Playa del Inglés, there are also many terraces, bars and restaurants where you can eat. The place also has sun loungers and parasols for rent, lifeguards, showers, free parking and connection with the Maspalomas bus network.
Ideal for a relaxing holiday by the sea.

Second time in this accommodation. There isn't much to say, this is an apartment that if it were for sale I would consider purchasing.

Un apartamento bien ubicado y muy tranquilo
Un apartamento bien ubicado y muy tranquilo. Si te desplazas en coche hay zonas para aparcar sin problema. No hemos cocinado en el apartamento, pero tienen todo lo necesario: platos, cubiertos, sartenes... hasta aceite y vinagre, y detergente para fregar. Tuvimos un problema con el microondas, avisamos y la empresa nos la cambió al día siguiente. Además la cama nos fue súper cómoda, teniendo en cuenta que dormimos con un bebé. En los días de mucho calor, la casa tiene aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo. Muy bien equipada con plancha de ropa, secador de pelo y perchas para la ropa. Las instrucciones que te dejan en el apartamento son muy claras y completas, así como en la recogida de llaves al llegar.
