Apartment house with 48 apartments. The stylishly furnished 2-room apartment is located in the 3. Floor of the Ohlerich store.  The apartment is 57m² and has a comfortable living room with TV and integrated kitchen. It is fully equipped with a fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle and a coffee machine and much more. The high-quality furnished bedroom invites you to linger.  You can also relax in the beautifully designed bathroom and unwind. Upon arrival, the beds are made and towels are ready for you. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Public parking is available in the immediate vicinity.

Directly at the top of the Wismarer harbor is the historic building with its 48 exclusive holiday apartments. Of these we have a spectacular view of the harbor, the beautiful old town and the Bay of Wismar. The apartments can be easily reached via a lift. The Ohlerich store was completely renovated in 2018.

Wismar ist eine Reise wert. Gediegene Wohnung.

Unsere Ferienwohnung war sehr bequem und mit Geschmack eingerichtet worden. Die Altstadt von Wismar war zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. So haben wir zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten ohne Mühe entdecken können. Empfehlenswert.

Eine wirklich schöne Ferienwohnung! Allerdings hapert es an der Küchenausstattung, zu wenig & kaputte Töpfe. Keine Eierbecher (nur als Tipp) Wir hatten aber trotzdem eine schöne Woche... Wetter... Muss man so hinnehmen 🤣👍🏼

Neu! Stylisch! Geniale Lage!

Das Appartment 21 wurde mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und ist für zwei Personen großzügig gestaltet. Die Hausverwaltung/der Empfang ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist aktuell in erster Position an der Hafenzunge. Der Hafenbetrieb ist kaum hörbar was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Wir waren rund um zufrieden und können den Oehlrichspeicher als Ferienwohnung wärmstens empfehlen.
