The beach is only about 200 meters away. The center of the fashionable Timmendorfer Strand with numerous restaurants, cafes and shopping opportunities can be reached in about 15 minutes on the beautiful beach promenade.

Of course, you should not do without your loyal four-legged friend even on vacation. The beautiful beach promenade invites you to take long walks. Timmendorfer Strand, Niendorf and Scharbeutz / Haffkrug have beautiful dog beaches where your dog can let off steam.

From here you can also access the spacious, furnished south-facing terrace with a view of the garden. The open kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. One bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (1.80 wide). The second separate sleeping area has a pull-out bed (1.80 wide) so that it can be used as a double bed.
