The Space:
This is a 3 bedrooms villa, the master bedroom has an attached full bathroom.
The other two bedrooms share another full bathroom and the third bathroom is outside at the pool house.
Fully loaded kitchen, big garden with the most beautiful view - sunrise and sunset.
Big and beautiful pool area with lots of sitting areas, pool accessories etc., a pool house attached with full kitchen.

Guest Access:
Full Villa & All Amenities.
We are working and receiving guests on winter times - and this listing is dedicated for it.
please not that since the villa is on the top of the heel, there can be strong winds from time to time and therefore the pool will be closed.
there is a fireplace which is placed outside (with logs) and the heat itself is directed to the Livingroom.
we provide worm and cozy bedsheets and the villa is fully equipped with AC, and walls heating as well.
for electricity we provide 15euro per day, and guests need to pay for extra use of it.

Villa Bella is located only 5 minutes from Agios Andreas village, where you can buy anything you need. Villa Bella is conveniently located, giving you the option of either visiting the sandy northern beaches and Rethymno city at a distance of 12 km, or reaching the spectacular beaches of the southern coast which are also just a few kilometers away.
