Perched on the 12th floor, this exquisite 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, ensuring you'll experience the ultimate beach getaway. Step inside and discover the Primary suite, featuring a comfortable King-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bath for added comfort and convenience. The second bedroom boasts a cozy Queen bed with a flat-screen TV, while the third bedroom is perfect for guests with two Full-sized beds, also equipped with a flat-screen TV.

The open living area is the ideal space to relax and unwind, with a flat-screen TV and plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to gather. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide stunning views of the Gulf, bringing the beauty of the beach right into your living space.

Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware and utensils you need to whip up your favorite dishes. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with seating for six, or take advantage of the outdoor dining area on the balcony for an al fresco experience with a view.

The condo was very clean, and the view was great. Easy check in. The only negative was that you need to bring all of your own supplies - no coffee filters, only one roll of toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Other than us having to buy several things because we flew, the place was spectacular.

Excellent view of the beach from the very large deck. Beautiful kitchen! The only issue we had was the TV in the living room would turn on but would not do anything else. Called and a tech came out and discovered that none of the remotes in the unit would work with it. The tech provided a ROKU remote and it worked perfectly.

Was very disappointed that the hot tub was broken down the entire stay without any before hand notice. Air conditioning in the room was messed up and the first 4 nights the room was 75 degrees the whole time unless at night when we left the doors open. Finally got fixed and worked fine after that. More towels in the room would be nice too. Gym access hours were kinda limited too, be nicer to be able to go at any time.

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the roomy living area...there were plenty of comfy seats. Balcony with table was lovely. Beds were comfortable. Beach was perfect...very easy access. Too cold for the pool so no comments on that. A few suggestions:There was no broom (we would have swept up the sand each day). There were no coffee filters (we left the package we purchased for the next guests). We also needed more dish washing liquid, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods. Also...3 rolls of toilet paper are not enough for a condo that sleeps 8. There needs to be better instructions for operating the TV. We could not use the living room TV after the first day and texts for help were unanswered after the first day. I recommend the property and would consider visiting again. Thanks for a great get-away.

Thank you for leaving the coffee filters for the next guests — that was very helpful. I’ll share your notes with housekeeping so we can replenish and adjust our starter-stock levels for an 8‑person condo and make sure a broom is provided. I also apologize for the TV trouble and the delayed responses. We’ll improve the TV instructions in the welcome guide, check the living-room TV setup, and review our messaging procedures so future guests get quicker help. Perfect location

This condo was the perfect size for our family of 6. Comfortable beds and everything we needed except for an iron and ironing board. The location was great. Close to restaurants, shops, Walmart, etc.

Great location on beach and near restaurants. Condo is spacious, clean and nicely furnished and comfortable. Easy checkin and easy parking (at minimal extra expense). Would definitely stay here again!

This is our group’s second year in a row staying in this condo. It’s the perfect size with a large covered balcony and great ocean views in LR and MBR. It’s in a great location near restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

Condo and location were great. Minor inconveniences with the secondary bedroom tv's and only one elevator working but otherwise it was a great stay. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Orange Beach.

Perfect property!

This is the 2nd year in a row that I have brought my mom and her 2 sisters to this location. The property is perfect for us. We have plenty of room, love the balcony space, and enjoy being center to most anything we need. The granite counter tops in the kitchen make it perfect. Only regret is we wish we would have started this tradition sooner!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was nice overall. the only exception was the fact there was sand on the floors when we arrived. Otherwise, it was very comfortable and well equipped. The beach chair rentals are wonderful; you can pull them right up to the ocean!

Great Birthday Trip

It was my son’s 15th birthday and he wanted to return to Orange Beach. The condo we had rented before in Windward Point was not available. Although 1205 is not a corner unit, it served our purpose well. Most of the overhead florescent lights in the kitchen were out when we arrived. I reported this to the owner when he sent me a text to check on our arrival and to see if we needed anything. Liquid Life was there at 9AM the next morning and took care of the problem.

Updates Needed

The location and view are perfect. However, the living room furniture needs to be replaced. It is visibly dirty and not very comfortable. There were several pieces I would not sit on because you could see the dirt stains. My first night at the beach I dreamt about cleaning the condo and how much work that would take so I could enjoy the rest of my stay without the distraction. Also, the floors need a good cleaning. My daughter went bare foot and her feet were literally black on the bottom. With that said you cannot beat the view and the location of the property. I would also recommend that they replace the patio furniture with hightop versions that allow you to see a clear view over the railing.
