This family-friendly home boasts 2,300 square feet of open-concept living space, including a breezy Florida room. Beach gear is provided to help you enjoy your stay near the ocean. Classic, Mid-century modern design comes tastefully updated.

Central air-conditioning will help you feel refreshed after a long day of exploration. Essential amenities like a private washer/dryer and board games will help keep your vacation fun and running on your schedule. The lower level has a fun lounge with a foosball table. The main bedroom upstairs features private entrances to the full bathroom in the hall and the enclosed porch. The open kitchen features full-size appliances, helpful cooking equipment, and a fun tile backsplash. Unique tile touches lie throughout this home, as well as numerous ocean-themed art pieces. THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Read the property description carefully

The property was clean. However the description in the listing stated the property had a private beach access. The walkway was washed out during the hurricane last year. We had to walk two doors down a busy two lane road to get to a public beach access. The cost of the property was not worth the lack of access.

Beautiful sunrise view

The view from the deck was beautiful! The house is lovely but we were frustrated by being so close to the beach and having to lug our stuff down the street to get to it. I would totally recommend this house to everyone I know if it had stairs to access the beach. A couple of notes that don't come across in the listing - The spiral staircase is small and pretty inconvenient. We used the outside stairs through the (overgrown) yard. The kitchen (too few glasses) and beach items were minimal (only 2 towels and chairs)

Weekend at the beach

The house was charming and cozy with beautiful beach views and close proximity to a grocery store and downtown. The stairs to the beach access are blocked and you have to walk a few houses down to access the beach. Thank you for the experience!

NO Direct Beach Access!!!

The house was in an excellent location and offered great views of the beach. Though the listing is incorrect in stating direct beachfront access. There is no access to the beach. Stairs on the side of the house do not go all the way down. They are cutoff at the end. This is not a new situation. To access the beach you would have to walk down the busy street to enter at the public access. Also communication with the rental company was almost none existent. Questions that we send before our trip were answered half way through our stay. Beautiful home but would not stay here again without proof of beach access.

Hidden Gem

Great house with direct oceanfront. Very clean and inviting. The stairs to the beach were damaged from previous storm, so need to walk past a couple if house in either direction to get to the beach. Once stairs are repaired, the property will be complete. A+
