Come stay in this amazing is a top-floor villa with a partial ocean view, with nice sized deck offering great relaxation, enjoy the sun and the stars at night. This coastal themed villa has been updated and boasts the nicest decor in the complex with all furniture being brand new Feb 2024, it comes complete with fireplace for your enjoyment!

The villa can accommodate up to four guests and features a queen-size bed in the bedroom and 2 hallway bunkbeds with reading lights and charging ports. The villa also includes a eat-in, kitchen, bath, and laundry alcove. This complex is directly on the Beach, and has it's open private gate with washdown area after a great time on the beach!

The Tiki Hut bar next door offers live island music and shopping there are over 15+ restaurants and 70 shops right out your door a Coligny Plaza, which offers restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, move theater, bakery, rentals, and island shops.

Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the deck, common areas, pool, or walkway to the beach. Pets are not allowed, and the unit must be 25 years or older.

Beach equipment and 2 bikes are included free with your stay! The complex has a fulltime security, free parking, free wi-fi, I provide beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and towels for your stay. You are working with a Host that has several rentals in South Florida and is a Super host on the competitors platform as well as a Premier Host on this platform, with over 700+ 5 star reviews. Beach Villa in Hilton Head

It could have been a little cleaner, the floors need a good cleaning before the next guest. Need a better cleaning person. Location is great, but we wouldn’t stay there again.

HHI getaway

My husband and I had a great stay. John was easy to communicate with and very pleasant. The condo was very clean and exactly as described/pictured. The location was perfect for being able to walk to many places and very convenient to get to the beach. It was also easy to find a parking spot whenever we did leave. We would stay here again!

Coligny Beach is a gem

So, I have lived in SC my entire life and vacationed at every spot in our state. There is plain and simply not anything better than Coligny Beach HHI. Park your car when you arrive and you only drive again if you really want to. Everything you possibly want is around 100 yards from this condo. I can’t wait to stay here again sooner than later!! Thanks to a great host as a cherry on top!
