About this property

Located in the Discovery Bay Resort, this air-conditioned suite provides luxury as well as beautiful views from the deck overlooking the nature sanctuary. This bright and tastefully decorated condo comes fully furnished and can sleep 6.
The master bedroom has a King bed and ensuite, the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be made into a King bed, if needed a sofa bed in the living room. This suite is equipped with TV’s in the living room, all bedrooms offering Shaw Blue Curve cable service/high speed Wi-Fi (internet). The suite comes with a well-equipped kitchen which includes a blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot and in-suite washer/dryer. It has a large outdoor deck space with a lounge set and Webber barbecue. The view from the deck looks directly onto the nature sanctuary wherein you can enjoy the numerous bird calls, babbling brook, deer, turtles, fish, osprey and other wildlife. The suite also comes with one indoor parking spot in a secure parkade.

A great location to enjoy the best that Kelowna has to offer, the resort is conveniently situated in the heart of Kelowna's Cultural district, ideally located on the waterfront with a short walk to the family-friendly sandy beach and a short distance to downtown. This lakefront resort suite is suited on the walk-out level for easy access to the pools, hot tubs and resort amenities. There is a fitness facility and large games room with foosball, table tennis, billiards table, large screen tele-vision and big lounging area which is great to hang out with family or friends.

This resort overlooks a lagoon and is directly beside Lake Okanagan. Tug Boat beach is one of the nicest beaches in Kelowna and right out the resort's back door. It is also directly connected to the waterfront promenade which leads directly to downtown.

Good place but bad check in

Great place although thin walls and lots of party people. In order to access you had to go to a completely different part of town in order to pick up key fob etc. Cost us more as husband initially flew in so had to taxi there and then go at to taxi to apartment- not helpful or convenient. Property management group should meet those renting at location. With all the extra fees it’s the least they can do.

Great location but building is aging

We have stayed at Discovery Bay for many many years and you can’t beat the location! The building is starting to show its age though. Pool was “yuck”…quite dirty. Used once and that was enough for us! This unit was one of the better ones we’ve stayed in. Fully stocked, very clean. Could use some better pillows though...very hard and flat. Would also suggest replacing the coffee pot with one that shuts off automatically…very dangerous if someone forgets and leaves it in. Have never really noticed the house from neighbours before but I think we had very loud walkers about us on the 4th floor…throughout the night. Such a close distance to Tugboat Beach. Bring a wagon and enjoy! Walking distance to everywhere! Can’t wait to come back!

Lovely stay in Kelowna

We enjoyed walking through the bird sanctuary behind the condo to Tugboat beach. Kids had fun in the pools (though small) and the condo had everything we needed. Loved the location close to great restaurants. Would recommend!

Great location!

This lovely suite was perfect for our family! The bird sanctuary had so much wildlife! The ospreys nest, beaver lodge, great blue herons and multitude of ducks and swallows were a delight. Our end was quiet but it was an easy walk down to the waterfront along the bustling Cultural area and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay immensely! Thank you!
