Fabulous lakefront location in a quiet, yet central area just blocks off the downtown district. The #1 feature is the 260 degree view of Okanagan Lake, the Yacht Club marina, the Bennett Bridge, city lights, mountains and beach. Watching the sail boats, parasails, regattas and float planes landing right in front of you is an activity in itself.
Recently renovated in 2022, the condo of 1160 square foot with 2 bedrooms (and TWO bathrooms !) is located at Sunset Waterfront Resort on Sunset Drive, only a block from Prospera Place, and a short walk to the downtown restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, etc . Many new local craft breweries are right in the area, as well as the casino and boutique shopping. Some of Kelowna's finest restaurants are at the end of the block.
The resort features a secure, newly renovated lobby, 24 hour security, access to indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, sauna and outdoor tennis court.

A very quiet corner unit, the east-facing windows receive good morning light and beautiful sunrise views over the city.
Covered balcony. Fully air-conditioned. Both bedrooms and separate bathrooms are on opposite sides of the unit, offering extra privacy.
Recent renovations include : new paint and flooring throughout, new beds, all new living room and dining room furniture: leather bar stools, dining room table and leather chairs, new light fixtures, new art and décor, new Smart TV’S, fresh linens and towels, small appliances and more. Upgrading of the unit is ongoing.
Granite countertops throughout, large pantry, stainless appliances, new Weber BBQ on deck, fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials you will need. We leave a starter amount of coffee and laundry soap, and provide bath and dish soaps.

Master Bedroom:
A large bedroom with high-quality King size Stearns & Foster mattress, a large window with city views, blackout curtains, Smart TV, armoire and 2 large closets and work desk with power supply next to it so you can bring your work with you. Attached ensuite with shower.
Second bedroom:
Queen size bed, large window with city views, blackout curtains, closet space. The second bathroom is right next to it with tub and shower.
PARKING:
There is one parking stall included on the 2nd floor parkade of the building. Please inquire if you require boat moorage. Parking restrictions: Maximum height 6′ 8″, width & length equal to ~150 crew-cab size truck. Street parking is also an option (ask for details).
IN THE AREA:
- Knox Mountain Park has tennis courts, pickleball courts, amazing hiking and history and is only 12 blocks away
- Tugboat Beach is directly behind the resort
- Several new local craft breweries have opened in the last 4 years only blocks away
- The inflatable WIBIT water park and the children's spray park are about 10 blocks away
- The Rotary Marshes and wetlands area are steps away, and home to an Osprey nest, ducks, and the beautiful Painted Turtles.
- The art galleries, museums and cultural centre very close.
- Casino only blocks away
- Boutique shopping, bars and restaurants right in the area
- Some of the best restaurants and coffee shops are right at the end of the block: Waterfront Wines, Bouchon's, Soul de Cuba (Cuban cafe for excellent breakfast and latte) . The Delta Hotel and waterfront Cactus Club, and the new King Taps are a short walk away.
Access to Tugboat Beach (right behind the resort) is through the nature sanctuary just north of the neighboring building. It connects to a boardwalk that leads you to the downtown area, through the parks and beaches, past the Delta Grand. A beautiful walk.

We have been operating our short-term rental properties in Kelowna since 2015 and have our own highly-experienced housekeeping and management staff. We are not a large property management company, you are guaranteed to get the unit you book.
