The place was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was excellent, the shower was luxurious with great water pressure. I appreciated the beach badges as well as having the sheets and towels. I had a great week!

Great condo in Lavalette. Close to the beach.

Great condo a short walk from the beach in Lavalette. Good space for a family of 4 with 2 kids/teens. 1 block walk to a very nice beach. Location is central and convenient to the Lavalette restaurants, shopping, etc. The host is very attentive and quick to respond with any communications.

Great location in lavallette

Place was very clean, updated kitchen, closets, living room and bathroom. The master bed was very lumpy to the point where you could not lay in the center of the bed because it actually was raised in multiple places. It’s in a great location in Lavallette, close to the beach, stores and the lava boardwalk, park, library etc. there is no outside space in this unit so you can’t get outside to hang at all, other units have chairs and tables outside. Not having a washer/dryer was difficult especially because we had a lot of rain and got caught in the rain a few times. It’s a communal drying line which made us hesitant to hang our personal belongings. The neighbors were all very kind. The unit was comfortable and clean. Laurie the owner was easy to work with.

Hi Ashley, I am sorry you thought the bed was uncomfortable. I have a plush topper on top and have not had any complaints before. I wish you would have said something. I have different toppers and could have changed it out. As per the outside chairs., the town of Lavallette states since My unit is in the corner the chairs and table will block the egress. I will get fined if I have chairs outside, again if you would have asked I would have let you know why instead of giving 3 stars. The unit does not come with a washer and dryer.
