All linens/towels/kitchen towels are provided. Trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry and dish detergents and a first aid kit are provided.

Sleeping Options: Master Bedroom with Queen Bed, Second Bedroom also with a Queen Bed and a single fold out twin bed /chair and a blow up twin mattresses. The outdoor Oasis offers a private deck with outdoor dining area to seat six with an electric grill and a lounge area. The Kitchen is fully equipped and boosts stainless steel appliances, marble counter tops, dishwasher, ice maker, Keurig and regular drip coffee makers, blender and all the cooking basics and dishware you may need.

6 Beach Towels and Chairs (mix of low folding chairs and high collapsible chairs), rolling beach cart and cooler are provided as an added convenience. Umbrellas and boogie boards are for rent by the Lifeguards.

Pool: Enjoy Sea Pines Resort Pool Side at the seasonal South Beach Marina Pool (pay at the pool daily for admittance). The free seasonal Sea Pines Trolley will take you to the pool from the Harbour Town Playground stop!

Parking for two vehicles available within driveway with a Sea Pines Plantation Pass fee required per vehicle for admittance onto the Plantation.

The Sea Pines Beach Club is 2 miles from the sealoft and may be accessed by free seasonal trolley, bike or car.

Entry to the sealoft is keyless. The sealoft is accessible by stairs only and therefore may not be suitable for those who have difficulty using stairs.

We offer Early Arrival and Late Departure for an additional $50 upon availability.

Sea Pines requires each vehicle to pay $10 daily or $20 Weekly.
Sea Pines free Trolley and South Beach Marina Pool are seasonal.
