Even more spacious than I thought. The extra space makes it mor comfortable. There is a fountain in the lagoon which makes sitting outside on the deck even more enjoyable. Very close to everything in Sea Pines. There was always an available tennis court.

The condo's condition was fine, but the communication, check in, and security were terrible. I arrived in pouring rain and waited at the door of the condo for 4pm, when I would get the code. I got it and it did not work. I had to leave a voicemail with the office and wait to get a call back. Fortunately, Ana at the office called back quickly and talked me through the process--code still did not work. She sent me another code--it didn't work. Finally she sent me the combination for the lockbox and I was able to get inside. Each of these communications involved Dwell not answering the phone, me leaving a voicemail, and then getting a call back. Although Ana called back quickly, it was very inconvenient to stand outside in a storm and have to wait for call backs. Once inside, I discovered that the deadbolt was broken--the handle just went around, not engaging the lock. Although the door locked when pulled shut, it felt insecure not to be able to use the deadbolt, especially because I appeared to be the only person in the whole building--there was one other car in the lot but no one else occupying the building. Ana said she would contact the property manager and have the lock fixed right away--that did not happen. She checked in the next morning and said she'd get a manager there ASAP, but no one ever came to fix the lock. Ana was helpful and polite, but nothing happened to fix my situation. All in all, I felt unsafe and unable to reach anyone. Wish I had booked a hotel instead.

The access codes provided were confirmed to be correct, and our team also inspected the deadbolt afterward and confirmed that it was functioning properly and locking as intended. We’re sorry for any confusion surrounding the lock during your stay. That said, we understand that the experience was frustrating, particularly when you were unable to reach the office immediately and were concerned about the security of the door. Beautiful renovated large condo. Lots of light and large neighborhood pool. Only shortcomings were no microwave and no coffee table near the couch in main room. Plenty of kitchen stuff. Definitely would stay again

Great location. Nicely decorated. Love the cathedral ceiling and skylight in shower. The bathroom was obviously upgraded. Cute barn style doors to closet. Nice view on balcony. Well stocked kitchen. The only complaint is that there were 10 digits to the door code and you couldn’t pause when punching it in. It was a pain. It always took several tries.
