This gorgeous three bedroom, four full bathroom home is complete with the first bedroom and en suite bathroom on the main floor. The second level features a gorgeous living space, kitchen, covered patio, laundry room, and full bathroom. The second and third bedrooms and en suite bathrooms are found on the third floor. This place is perfect for your group of 10! There is an external security camera on site.

Parking is available in the garage or on the street.
The Neighborhood:
Eighth Avenue and Melrose, just south of downtown and the Gulch, is home to some of the best antique shops in town. Refuel after digging for a one-of-a-kind find at one of the areas many budget-friendly corner cafes, chef-driven restaurants, and family-friendly eateries. Also be sure to check out nearby 12 South, for it's charming shopping and restaurant scene.
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

We are so glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! We can be reached during our operation hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at the number that is provided to you at check in. Please also feel free to utilize the messaging system for non-urgent requests or needs. For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch.
Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.
Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.
