We have furnished our 3 bedroom suites with comfortable king beds. There is also a queen size gel mattress sleeper sofa in the living room, and a guest bathroom on this floor. Designed for groups of 6-8 people. Our living room holds a 65 inch 4K Ultra TV and the layout of our townhouse allows you to stay connected with everything that is going on whether you socializing at the kitchen bar, resting on the living room furniture, or eating at the dining room table.
Our kitchen is stocked for your group to easily prepare meals during your stay. There is plenty of seating space at our 8 seat dining room table plus extra seats at the kitchen bar. A beverage fridge at the wet bar can hold sodas, beer and wine leaving room in our large refrigerator for groceries. A small patio off the living room allows you to easily step outside and enjoy the beautiful Tennessee weather without leaving the main floor.
To enjoy a larger outdoor space head to the fourth floor roof top for your very own private rooftop patio. Our rooftop offers a patio bordering the tree tops, with gas grill, Comfort Furniture and lounge chairs provide a great atmosphere.
This town house is dedicated to promoting the extremely talented hard-working musicians of lower Broadway. Need suggestions on places to see, where to eat, bands to catch when in town? Fantastic location. Walked to a coffee and pastry shop each morning. The house was spotless, modern, and inviting. Garage fit two medium sized cars which was really nice. We will be booking this place again for sure. One of the nicest VRBOs we have been in.

The place was great for our trip! Very comfortable sofas and beds. It was nice for 3 couples to each have a king bed and their own bathroom! The weather was perfect for chatting with a glass of wine and pizza on the rooftop! Near to shopping, dining, and music. Very responsive and kind hosts, also.

This was such a fantastic property. Beautifully furnished and the location was perfect. Having access to a garage was also a plus. The hosts were so helpful especially when there was a short power outage, making sure we were OK and didn't need anything. I just wish we had been there for fun instead of work! I would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely book this again.

Exactly as advertised. What an excellent space. All amenities were perfect for our group of 6. Wade and Shelley were second to none in communication. We all arrived at different times. There was no issue with access to the home and the proximity to downtown Nashville was perfect. The beds were comfortable, house was clean and the showers were amazing as well! This place was awesome. I think they undersold it. We could not have been more comfy and happy with our stay. Walking distance to some great food. Short drive to Broadway. SPotless!!! This is the only place we will stay next time we come.

Property was great, 3 bedrooms with king beds and attached bathrooms is what our group of 3 couples requires. Very clean and we enjoyed the sitting around the kitchen island enjoying our coffee. .Publix is 1/2 mile away, very convenient. Open concept and very comfortable place.

The property was exactly what we needed for our trip. Three couples each had a great bedroom and bathroom, with a really nice kitchen and communal space to share. Incredibly clean and nicely decorated in a Nashville theme. The location was within 20 minutes of everything we wanted to do. The hosts were extremely responsive to any questions we had.

Wade and Shelley thought of everything to make our stay perfect! The neighborhood is quiet, and not far from downtown and several other great neighborhoods . We loved there was a grocery store just 3 minutes away. We can recommend the meat department, hand picked some delicious filets and cooked them on the rooftop deck .
