Unser Ferienhaus für 2 - 3 Personen in ruhiger, etwas erhöhter Lage am Ortsrand mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Miltacher Regental. Mit 60 m2 Wohnfläche + 1000m2 Außenanlage zur alleinigen Verfügung. Es verfügt über ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer für zwei Personen, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche mit einem Esszimmer mit Möglichkeit für Zustellbett, ein Bad mit Dusche und WC und einem separatem WC. Das Ferienhaus hat einen umlaufenden Balkon und eine rückwärtige Terrasse einen naturnahen Garten, mit verschieden gestalteten Plätzen zum Genießen - verteilt in der großzügigen Außenanlage mit Gartenmöbeln und Grillplatz. Mit Anbindung an Radwege in alle Richtungen und Anbindung an Wanderwege direkt am Haus. Zentrale Lage für Wintersportmöglichkeiten, Tennisanlage, Beachvolleyball uvm.

Toller Urlaub im Chalet

Wir haben uns in dem Chalet sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr liebevoll und sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und top ausgestattet. Die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend und wir fühlten uns bestens bei ihnen aufgehoben. Wir erhielten wertvolle Tips für Unternehmungen und sehr gute Restaurantempfehlungen. Wir können dieses Chalet nur empfehlen und werden wieder kommen. Ein perfekter und erholsamer Urlaub. Viele Grüße Maria und Xaver

Traumhafte Aussicht

Traumhafte Aussicht auf Miltach und den Bayerischen Wald. Gute Anbindung an Wanderwege und Fahrradwegenetz. Steiler Anstieg von Miltach-Dorf zum Chalet für Radfahrer*Innen eine Herausforderung. Sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche. Balkon zu 3 Seiten bietet immer einen Platz in der Sonnen oder im Schatten, je nach Wunsch.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Das zu vermietende Häuschen ist ein wunderschöner gemütlicher Ort, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es hat eine hohe Ausstattung, es ist eine vollwertige Küche mit allen benötigen Dinge des Alltags inkl. kleine Spülmaschine eingerichtet. Der Komfort lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Fernblick von der Lage des Häuschen aus ist sehr weit ins Tal rein. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, herzlich und zuvorkommend und haben Tipps für Anlaufpunkte in der näheren Umgebung parat. Das Örtchen ist etwas abseits von den typischen Touripunkten entfernt und daher ruhig und idyllisch, aber nicht zu weit weg um innerhalb von einer halben Stunde viele schöne Sightseeingecken zu erreichen. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es einen Kanu- und Fahrradverleih, einen Waffeloutletverkauf und vieles mehr. Hier werde ich bestimmt nochmal Urlaub machen.
