Now is the perfect time to plan your next trip to St George. This condo is perfect for a small/medium family who wants to enjoy the amenities. Your balcony view of the Green Valley amenities is inviting and relaxing.

This condo has a great floor plan for those who enjoy the open concept feel. This 3 bed / 2 bath condo has 2 queen, and 4 twin. Families will for sure enjoy spending time together in this condo as well as the Las Palmas Resort.

With this Condo Rental, we have included a limited complimentary pass to the famous "HUB" Clubhouse and Pools (formerly the Green Valley Clubhouse). An additional $5/per person fee applies to anyone beyond the condo membership limit. Amenities Include:

- Fitness Centers

- Brand New 32' and 48' Giant Waterslides

- Splash Pad coming in Spring 2019!

- And an Indoor Lap Pool, an Outdoor Lap Pool, Slide Pool & Even a Shallow Pool for the Kids!

- 2 Additional Family pools and spas on the opposite end of the resort

- Fun On The Court! Plenty of basketball and pickle-ball courts.

Las Palmas is a wonderful family resort offering numerous amenities for everyone of all ages. The resort features six swimming pools (one indoor). Each pool area provides chaise lounges and chairs. There is a large basketball court with eight standards, volleyball, pickle-ball, shuffleboard, full fitness gym and children's playgrounds. Your rental has unlimited use of two outdoor pools and hot tubs at Las Palmas Resort with no passes required.

Very nice, loved the view from our balcony. My kids though the pool slides were awesome. It was really convenient having a washer and dryer in our condo.

Great place, great location

The condo is located in a great location in St. George and and we were happy with the condo itself as it met our needs for our group of 7. The double bunk beds suited our 4 girls nicely and allowed our son to have his own room. My wife and I enjoyed the spacious master suite and the deck overlooked the main pool area which was convenient. The reason for the 4 stars is because of the poor communication from the management company regarding the main tv not working. My first call was made Tuesday evening and when I didn't hear back I messaged them Wednesday mid-morning. They said maintenance would be out to look at it but when I messaged them back at 4pm for an update they did not respond. It wasn't until Thursday that they finally got back to me and told me the tv would be replaced that day. I realize that this was not a dire emergency but poor communication can make an annoying situation seem even worse. Simply replying in a timely manner and keeping renters informed can make a big difference.
