The ideal beachlover’s retreat! A newly-constructed 2000+ square foot home that sits directly on one of the only private beaches in the mid-Atlantic, right at the confluence of the Atlantic Ocean and Delaware Bay. The 1200+ square feet of sun deck and screened porch overlook the water and our direct beach access. Bordered by the world-renowned Prime Hook Wildlife Reserve, this house offers spectacular waterfront sunrises and sunsets. The cozy town of Milton—with a grocery store and several restaurants—is only 10 minutes away, with Lewes and Rehoboth Beach within a 20-minute drive. Dogs are allowed on Prime Hook Beach, so please contact us if you would like to bring your dog.

Gorgeous home in ideal location

This is a splendid house on the dunes of Delaware. A huge wall if windows makes you feel as if you are right beside the ocean but the storm glass keeps the wind out. All the rooms are super comfortable and the kitchen is without doubt the best equipped it has ever been my pleasure to use. Hosts were very responsive & helpful. While you are there be sure to check out Milton Home Coffee Roastery and Old World Breads!

Another Great 4th!

This is the second time we've stayed at this wonderful property. It's a perfect fit for our family because the living space is all on one floor. The kitchen is well stocked, the views are amazing, it's just steps from the beach. The community 4th of July parade is neighborly and charming complete with a ice cream ending. The hosts are also very easy to communicate with and respond quickly to any questions.

Getaway in Paradise!

This property was above and beyond my expectations! From the absolutely gorgeous home to the location, it was our own little paradise for a few days. The house was spotless, very comfortable, and well appointed. And the view, words can't describe it! Teri was a fabulous host and so communicative. The location next to Prime Hook Wildlife Refuge was really unique and added to the draw of this rental. Our pups enjoyed the beach as well! It was totally perfect and we are looking forward to hopefully returning next year!

4th of July

This is a beautiful, modern home right on the beach in Delaware. It’s very comfortable, very well maintained, and spacious. It has several TV’s, and the internet works well. There are numerous amenities - beach chairs, umbrella, grill, outdoor shower, excellent kitchen. The beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms clean and airy. Plenty of room for our 6 adults and 1 infant. The owners are very responsive to questions, and helpful. We stayed over the July 4th holiday, and they alerted us to a local parade and fireworks, so we could be prepared. The air conditioning went out one day, and it was promptly repaired. There was one concern regarding property damage discovered after our departure, which reinforced our decision to purchase insurance beforehand. We’d stay here again.
