The villa is fully equipped with all linens and plenty of towels. There is a large porch and a nice large garden with a private swimming pool with a gas grill so you can enjoy a family BBQ day or night. Beach towels and beach chairs along with a cooler are provided for your use as well. The high-rise hotels with shopping malls, restaurants, cinemas, and casinos are only within 5 minute drive.

Utilities: The total rate includes US$ 200.00,- final cleaning, and allowance for water and electricity in the amount of US$ 22.00 - per night. Over usage of utilities, shall be at your discretion and your expense. Upon arrival, a refundable security deposit is required US$ 400.

Supplies – Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and a trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products.
