Apart "Hanni" - beautiful new apartment in the heart of the Tyrolean Oberland

Since July 2018 you can find us in the center of Prutz on the upper village square. The apartment was newly built in spring 2018 and includes: 2 bedrooms with box spring beds, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 kitchen with a cozy dining area, 1 open living room with a sofa bed for 2 people. The apartment is on the ground floor with access to the garden. Parking is available free of charge. In the vicinity you will find supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, banks, doctors and much more. In summer you live in the mountains of the Kaunergrat Nature Park with numerous hiking trails and cozy alpine pastures. The Prutz adventure swimming pool and the Ried swimming lake are within walking distance. You will receive the SummerCard Tiroler Oberland with its countless advantages upon arrival at your accommodation. In winter you can enjoy beautiful skiing days on the small but fine winter mountain Fendels or in one of the world's best ski areas - Ladis-Fiss-Serfaus ski area. Skiing fun from September to June on the Kaunertal Glacier for a special experience. The ski bus stops to the various ski areas are right in front of our house.
