Bring your family to this beautiful home located in the eastern center of the island in Juncos. You will never forget the memories of having your whole family together in this perfect spot.

This house is the ideal place to have fun, connect with your family while you enjoy its amenities and the outdoor nature, trees and the astonishing blue skies. Location is nearby specialty restaurants like Hacienda Muñoz, Bacoa, Hacienda La Tormenta, Fogon de Elias or Casaju. Located 8 min to AMGEN (Next to Marshalls), 15 min to Plaza Centro Mall & 20 min to Catalinas Mall and Movie Theater.

The space;
Recently renovated house, it has ample spaces and high ceilings which will make the space feel fresh and breezy. You can enjoy a coffee and morning talk in the living room furniture. The kitchen and dining area are comfortable enough to fit your group and enjoy a night cookout.

All bedrooms of the house have brand new inverter AC which are quiet and get chilly very fast. Bedroom windows have blackout curtains to ensure you're able to have great nights sleep. The sleeping arrangement is 1 King bedroom with walking closet and full bathroom with tub. 2 bedrooms one with a Queen bed and full length mirror closet doors and the other bedroom has a bunk-bed with 2 full(double) sized mattresses.

You'll have access to the entire house which includes a family room area with Smart 50" TV and high speed internet, from here you can see the pool table area where you can relax and enjoy a few drinks while having fun in the TV or pool table.

Laundry space is easily accessible, washing machine is complimentary during stay (No dryer available)

Guest access;
When renting my house you'll have the entire house for you and your group. Only a closet in the garage area is locked to serve as storage area.

You'll have access to the house gated garage and can park car inside the garage

Other things to note;
The house is located in a calmed neighborhood of Juncos. This town was once known by having residents which were small Ranch owners in the majority. Is important to keep in mind that when staying here you'll see cats, dogs & even horses around. We love animals and they are part of our natural surroundings.

This property has security cameras overlooking both entrances, front garage and front door and path. It also has a security camera on the entrance of the back of the house. The cameras are for security purposes only.

This property has electronics installed like modems, cameras outside of the house, routers and wi-fi extenders. Tampering with any of these electronics mentioned above is prohibited and may result in the cancelation of your stay

Really cute home in a good neighborhood. Dead end street with no traffic. Three separate living areas so plenty of room to spread out (living, family and rec room). Very good communication with owner. Kitchen could have used a bit more essentials (baking pan, utensils, basic spices). Overall, a great place!

Great home, great stay! Would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay as well! Neighborhood is nice, home is clean, owner/host are accommodating. We had a hard time finding the home, but it is located in a very lovely and safe location, on a dead end street. Best to arrive before dark and allow extra time as GPS doesn't work exactly. It's a wonderful family vacation home with plenty of space and a wonderful recreational room with a pool table and games for the family to play. It has a nice fenced in yard for children to play. The downfalls were that the AC is Only in the bedrooms and even with two large fans to move the AC from the bedrooms going 24/7, to reach through the TV room then to the kitchen, the kitchen was still warm...but, we are from Florida and used to having AC throughout the house. The house was not the cleanest once we began opening drawers, the oven was dirty, and none of the bottom kitchen cabinets are usable, closed shut. The ice maker does Not work which was a problem for us, with only 1 small icecube tray. However, after a few other small things, Joseph, the property manager, host, was absolutely wonderful and responded to all our needs quickly. He brought us a brand new toaster, and some cleaning supplies we requested. He even had the lawn mowed for us. The beds were comfy and the outside of the home is beautiful. It's especially a nice family vacation home you'll enjoy.

Nos encantó la estadía. La casa es súper acogedora, limpia, espaciosa y hermosa. El vecindario también es súper tranquilo y seguro. Le daría las 5 estrellas, pero solo le doy 4 porque tenemos observaciones que creemos deben tomar en consideración para que sea el lugar más perfecto. La primera observación es en cuanto al baño máster; la ducha no estaba drenando correctamente, se tardaba un poco en bajar el agua y la manecilla del inodoro se quedaba pegada lo cual hacia que el indoro siguiera cogiendo agua. Aunque no nos resultó un gran problema ya que la casa tiene dos baños. La segunda observación es que los A/C's aunque funcionan bien, deben darle el mantenimiento rutinario ya que estaban sonando como si estuvieran sucios, entendemos que requiere la limpieza profunda de los mismo. No nos impidió dormir, pero creo que es algo que se debe mencionar. La tercera observación es en cuanto a la mesa de billar. Los tacos de billar, realmente solo había 1 que estaba completamente funcional, y además faltaba una de las bolas. Esto no nos impidió jugar, ni disfrutar, pero creemos que deben reemplazar los tacos y las bolas. Fuera de estas observaciones que son cosas super sencillas, la casa es demasiado hermosa, limpia y definitivamente que volveríamos!

Just what I wanted! Beautiful, comfortable and great customer service!

This house was incredible and exactly what I was looking for to have a girl's vacation with my two daughters and my 4-month-old grandbaby. The manager was very sweet, when we communicated about the baby, they provided a baby bathtub and bathing supplies. It made us feel welcomed. This house is close to the beach, the national rain forest, and other towns with beautiful sites, but far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful. The house is beautifully decorated, sparkly clean, and spacious. The pool table and hammock in the marquesina (indoor terrace/garage space) were great to have fun and divine because it was perfect to relax in. The best thing is to enjoy it to the fullest with no worry for mosquitos or rain, but we did open the back door to watch the rain while we were swinging in it. The management gave us easy-to-follow, specific check-in and check-out instructions. We wanted to extend our stay for the rest of the trip, but it was all booked out! Definitely book it while you can. We recommend this rental house 100%!
