This apartment is a completely furnished upper duplex (1600 sq. ft) with parking. It has two balconies: one small one in front, and a larger one (upper deck) in the back. Wi-fi internet, electricity, hot water and heating are all included. It is an ideal place for a couple working from home, in a great residential area, with many parks. It is well located, close to banks, pharmacies and Snowdon metro station. There is also Starbucks on the corner. It is close to highway 15 and public transport.

What makes this property unique
The apartment is on the upper floor. It is on a relatively quiet residential street with close access to downtown, universities, hospitals, restaurants, banks, subway and busses. There is a Starbucks on the corner and a Bixi bicycle station.
