Casa Annika - above Garda with fantastic lake views

Spend your holidays in our new apartment in San Zeno di Montagna - above Garda with fantastic views of Lake Garda and the bay of Salo from the large balcony. Enjoy wonderful sunsets !!

The apartment is a completed in June 2018 new building.

The apartment is equipped with a nice new kitchen with island, large fridge, small freezer (2 drawers), integrated dishwasher and a 4-plate induction hob.
The dining area is attached directly to the kitchen island.

At the request of our guests, we have also placed a microwave on site since January 2019!

In the living area you will find space on a comfortable sofa. Of course, a new 43 "LED UHD 4K TV with ASTRA-SAT reception and a 120W Panasonic home theater system is available. The balcony with a length of 10 meters invites you to sunbathe and is oriented to the west with a wonderful view of Lake Garda.

The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi via satellite.

A new daylight bathroom with a walk-in floor-level shower 100 x 100 cm, toilet, urinal and hairdryer / hair dryer is also at your disposal.

The master bedroom is equipped with a 200 x 200 cm double bed with large duvet 200 x 255 cm and also has access to the west-facing balcony on the lake side.

In the second bedroom you can make yourself comfortable on a bed of the size 160 x 200 cm with a large duvet. This bedroom has a balcony to the east, here the sun is tickling in the morning.

All windows can be darkened by shutters.

You reach our apartment in the 1. Upstairs either via the staircase or the existing elevator.

You can park your vehicle securely in the closed, cool underground car park. For the apartment is 1 reserved parking space available!

Bed linen, towels and tea towels are available on request for a flat rate of 15 € per person and change bookable.

The apartment is of course equipped for your safety with smoke detectors and a CO detector!

Advantage for self-catering - the baker can be reached on foot in 2 minutes in the house above and is usually also open on Sundays
A small grocery store, but can be described as a full-range provider is 5 minutes walk away. Here you get almost everything that is needed for daily life - sausage, cheese, rolls, drinks etc ....

The description of the unit was accurate and the place was very clean. The concerns we had was mostly poor communications. We dealt with Claudia's mother who didn't speak very much English so there was little if any information provided upon check in. This lack of communication contributed to not having any heat as the owner had control through "an App" which was compounded as he was away. Not being told about how the heat worked and not able to read German contributed to the problem. The other issue was the lack of normally supplied household products. Great location and very friendly neighbors.

Lieber Bruce, es ist schön wenn Du davon ausgehst, dass auf der ganzen Welt englisch gesprochen wird. Voraussetzen kann man das aber nicht. Ich werde sicherlich in Canada auch nicht auf Deutsch begrüßt. An mangelnder Kommunikation kann von meiner Seite her nicht gedacht werden, ich habe Dir sogar das Anmeldeformular auf Englisch übersetzt, obwohl Du das mit einem Übersetzungsprogramm sicherlich auch selber geschafft hättest. Dass die Heizung nicht richtig funktionierte ist einzig dem Umstand geschuldet, dass Du vor Ort am Thermostat Einstellungen eigenmächtig vorgenommen hast, die dann das Heizprogramm gelöscht haben. Außerdem sind Heizungen in Europa immer mit einer Außentemperatursteuerung versehen. Da es also während Euren Aufenthalts teilweise bis zu 25°C tagsüber hatte, hat sich die Heizung nicht oder nur in einer gemäßigten Form eingeschaltet. Das von Dir gelöschte Heizprogramm musst ich nach Deiner Abreise für die nächsten Gäste wieder von einem Servicetechniker neu programmieren lassen. Tut mir leid, dass Dir nicht bewusst war, das es sich um kein Hotel mit ständig anwesender Rezeption handelt. Bei einer Ferienwohnung ist es eben nicht üblich, dass Haushaltsprodukte vorgehalten werden. Ich denke Du warst für Deinen Aufenthalt in Europa einfach wenig vorbereitet. Dafür haben wir jetzt eine aus unserer Sicht unberechtigte 3-Sterne-Bewertung - vielen Dank dafür!

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne Lage mit Blick auf den See und die Berge. Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so benötigt. Das einzige Manko, bei 29°C Raumtemperatur wäre eine Klimaanlage sehr schön. Wir kommen trotzdem gerne wieder.

Saubere, perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung!

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Casa Annika verbracht, und würden am liebsten direkt wieder hinfahren. Die Wohnung sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos, ist bestens ausgestattet und blitzsauber. Der Fahrstuhl, der von der auch für größere Autos geeigneten Tiefgarage direkt bis vor die Wohnungstür fährt, ist sehr hilfreich, z.B. beim Transport von Koffern oder Einkäufen. Die Kommunikation mit dem freundlichen Vermieter vorab per E-Mail sowie persönlich vor Ort mit der betreuenden (deutschsprachigen!) Agentur verlief absolut reibungslos. Noch nie haben wir so viele hilfreiche Tipps zu unserer Urlaubsgegend bekommen wie hier. Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Gardaseeblick bei Höhenluft

Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in die Umgebung, gewisse Bergtauglichkeit vorausgesetzt. Für weniger Wanderfreudige sind von hier aus die Orte Bardolino, Garda, Torri di Benaco und Malcesine mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen und bieten mit ihren Lokalen und Geschäften vielfältige Möglichkeiten zum Geniesen und Shoppen.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage mit Blick auf den Gardasee.

Wenn man den Trubel liebt, fährt man nach Garda, Bardolino oder auch Verona. Die Märkte sind einen Besuch wert. Danach kann man in San Zeno die Ruhe und den Sonnenuntergang genießen.

Ferienwohnung in San Zeno di Montagna

Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur zwecks Schlüsselübergabe hat reibungslos geklappt und war sehr freundlich. Die Ferienwohnung war bei der Ankunft sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es gab frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sowie ein Begrüßungsgetränk (Bier & 1 Flasche Wein) auf dem Tisch. Vielen Dank für den erholsamen Aufenthalt! Auch die Lage war für uns prima. Aufgrund der Anhöhe ca. 3-4 Grad kühler als am Gardasee bzw. dem Ort Garda. In 15 min. ist man mit dem Auto in Garda. Der Balkon bietet eine schönen Blick auf den Gardasee und die dahinterliegenden Berge. Einfach nur herrlich!! Wir kommen gern wieder!! Pluspunkt war ebenso die Tiefgarage, die für ein gut klimatisiertes Fahrzeug sorgt.

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt in dieser Wohnung. Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit und verschiedene Restaurants befinden sich in Laufnähe und trotzdem liegt die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Der Blick vom Balkon auf den See und die Berge ist ein Traum.

Es ist eine schöne, rollstuhltaugliche FeWo in sehr ruhiger Lage. Blick auf die Berge und (teilweise) zum See. Der Vermieter hat sehr detaillierte und nützliche Informationen zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfassend. Empfehlenswert.

Spätsommer Urlaubsaufenthalt

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt bei noch sommerlichen Temperaturen genossen. Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gefallen, sie liegt sehr ruhig gelegen und bietet alles was benötigt wird. Am Ort und zu Fuß gut erreichbar befindet sich eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit weiterhin mehrere gute Restaurants.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Die sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Trotz der großen Hitze war es in der Wohnung immer angenehm kühl. Die Tiefgarage war ein Segen, der Aufzug hat den Gepäcktransport erleichtert. Das Highlight ist der Balkon mit dem tollen Blick auf den Gardasee.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Ferienwohnung war für unsere 4-köpfige Familie ideal. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet und verfügt über eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Der Ordner mit den Ausflugs-Tipps war ebenfalls gut gestaltet und sehr hilfreich! San Zeno liegt natürlich nicht direkt am See, aber dafür hat man Abends auf dem Balkon einen tollen und absolut ruhigen Blick auf den See.
